WiFi did not work in the room at all. And when I complained the staff were rude and unhelpful. Also thw room was bad, not clean even.

Suited my needs at the time

For the money the room was fine. Breakfast was average. Location suited my needs being near Chong Hua Hospital

No limit of people that can visit

Cons:

It's not what we expected knowing we are paying for loaf penthouse, I need to pay extra every night for the small fridge, no complimentary coffee or tea but they give us coffee cup then we need to go out near elevator for hot water. Everyday I have to report the toilet is broken or blocked.
