O atendimento da recepção foi excelente, os funcionários muito educados, atenciosos e receptivos.

Cons:

Hotel e atendimento excelente
Pros:

A recepcionista Patrícia foi super atenciosa. Cheguei antes do horário e ela conseguiu me liberar o quarto. Muito simpática e prestativa.

A estadia poderia ser bem melhor.

A limpeza do hotel e a localização são excelentes.

Cons:

O café da manhã é muito fraco em comparação ao preço da diária, com pouquíssimas opções, os pães e roscas duros, ou seja, não eram feitos naquele dia. Outra coisa que achei terrível foi o fato de não aceitarem pagamento no pix aos fins de semana, com justificativa de que o financeiro não trabalha aos fins de semana… absurdo!!!
O chuveiro estava com a resistência queimada, após a troca, mesmo o chuveiro esquentando, a água não aquece muito, o que foi muito ruim, pois na cidade naquele dia estava 12 graus. Ao fim não possuem Netflix, nem canal de filme por assinatura.
