Atendimento, limpeza e localização.
O café da manhã tem, como em todo hotel, horário limite que, acredito ser para a chegada ao local. Entretanto, o café todo é retirado nesse horário limite, sem qualquer tempo razoável para quem chegou, dentro do horário, poder servir-se.

Quarto confortável. Hotel muito bem localizado, próximo a shopping, equipe muito simpática.
O café da manhã, quase todos os dias, é servido a partir de 6h. Somente domingo, a partir de 7h. Isso faz com que hospedes que tenham compromisso nesse dia muito cedo, como foi meu caso, não tenham acesso ao café da manhã.
