Pros:

À la comida le falta sal y el personal del restaurante deja mucho que desea, se le olvida llevar a la mesa lo que les pides, el platillo lo sirven sin algunos de los ingredientes como se muestra en el menú y no el mesero no está al pendiente de los comensales

Pros:

We organized a work meeting at the library, an extremely beautiful space. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive to all our needs. Fantastische mooi ontwerp qua hotel. Midden in het oude gedeelte van de stad. De kamer die kregen was ver boven verwachting.

It was well located. It was easy to walk to restaurants near by. It was very quiet and clean.

Toplocatie in mooie stad
Pros:

Het hotel hangt vol met kunst. Super attent en vriendelijk personeel. Meedenkend in oplossingen. Heerlijk ontbijt en mooie keuken. Je moet geen haast hebben maar het is zeer smaakvol en mooi opgemaakt.
De locatie in het hart van het oude Queretaro. Fantastisch om doorheen te slenteren. Mooie musea, parken, kunst, restaurants, rooftop bar, aquaduct…

Pros:

El personal fue muy atento y nos cambio la habitación, con jacuzzi en interior, pues el clima cambio drásticamente y era imposible usar jacuzzi exterior.

Cons:

Los convenios con estacionamientos externos, demasiado caro para una noche a pasar de dicho convenio. La cama es cómoda, pero los protectores de los colchones hacen mucho ruido.

Hotel architecture is interesting. Location great.

Cons:

Swimming pool small. Room dark. Overnight parking almost $20USD. That my main complaint. Very expensive for Mexico plus several blocks away and self park

Beautiful common areas, great location, wonderful staff, clean.

Cons:

Room was very small. No coffee in room. Shower a little awkward with opening the door while keeping the floor dry. We gave it a lower rating only because, for the price, we expected the room to be a bit larger and nicer.
