Cama confortável. Travesseiros excelentes. Quarto com cortina black out, ótimo para dormir. Tem um espelho com ótimo tamanho. O chuveiro tem um jato excelente, proporcionando uma banho relaxante. Possuem amenities, as toalhas são boas, assim como roupas de cama.

Cons:

O banheiro estava com bastante cantinhos sujos, com morfo. A água do box vazou para o quarto, gerando pequenas poças de água no meio do quarto. Como o box tem um vidro, acredito que esteja vazando pelo rodapé e chegando no meio do quarto. Outro fator é a falta de iluminação no quarto, pois não existem lâmpadas, apenas a luminária na cabeceira da cama. Isso, à noite, é ruim para se arrumar e etc.

Pros:

Café da manhã padrão, pode melhorar. O atendimento é muito bom, a localização ótima também é ótima.

Cons:

Falta melhor iluminação no quarto e alguns detalhes de acabamento, mas nada que desabone a hospedagem.

The location is great. It’s just two blocks from Copacabana Beach and right across from a metro station

Cons:

1. I requested an early check-in through Booking and it was approved. However, upon arrival, I was charged for the few hours before the official check-in time. In more than 30 countries I’ve visited, I had never been charged for early check-in when the accommodation was able to provide it.
2. The hallway carpets were VERY dirty and clearly need better maintenance.
3. Even though I was staying on the 13th floor, there was a lot of street noise. The windows definitely need to be replaced or upgraded as soon as possible.
4. The lighting in the rooms could be improved, especially at night.
5. The breakfast was good, but it was exactly the same every day. Changing one or two items from day to day would add some much-needed variety.
