The location is great - in the heart of the international area surrounded by various consulates, although we only stayed on a stop over between flights, this is a beautiful property, well maintained, secure, and with lovely amenities. If you have stayed in a four seasons property elsewhere you probably paid 4-10x as much as you would here for a similar room. This is due to the adjusted cost of living in Jakarta, but for western travelers, staying here is an easy decision and great value for your dollar. The atmosphere is warm, inviting, with beautiful touches and details everywhere, in room welcome items, plus a beautiful selection of mini bar snack and drink items, room service, and excellent dining options. The staff and service are fabulous, not perfect, and not strictly western, but the kind hospitality and care is evident in every staff person no matter what their station. The room itself was just gorgeous - a suite with full bathroom, shower, soaking tub, bidet toilet, incredible finishes and fixtures, everything worked as expected. The bed, bedding and pillows were scrumptious, and we took advantage of the robes and slippers, and the many bath amenities provided. Visiting at the end of a long Indonesian adventure with a good deal of camping an not a lot of running water, we were feeling very grateful and pampered. The dining for breakfast was in a beautiful space and the offerings were very tasty. The dining in their Alto restaurant was delicious and artistic, the views from the restaurant were great, there was a slow down in service during our meal, but overall we were very happy. Thought it was a little chilly up there with the Aircon so bring a shawl! Again the staff make the place stand out - the servers we had were thoughtful, and open to chat and made us feel welcome and at home. The concierge staff use WhatsApp for easy communication and airport pickup and SilverBird Taxi were seamless, professional and comfortable. We are heading back in a week and can't wait for the mini luxury vacation on our way back out to Raja Ampat.

We went to La Patisserie for their La Vie en Rose afternoon tea special for my mom’s birthday. The whole decoration is so pretty with pink everywhere! The tea set presentation was lovely and it tasted good.

It’s even better special thanks to Resna & Indah for being so friendly and providing us professional service throughout the experience.

The birthday arrangement was so thoughtful and sweet! That’s indeed my mom’s sweetest birthday celebration.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta, especially thanks to the exceptional front desk team. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed with genuine smiles and professional service. The check-in process was smooth, efficient, and very well-organized.

The front desk staff were incredibly attentive, responsive, and helpful in answering all my questions. They explained the hotel facilities clearly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay specially Mr Robby who assisted my family on this staycation. What stood out most was their attention to detail and personalized approach, which truly reflects a world-class standard of hospitality.

The aminites are amazing, kid brush and bath aminities and also tent, donuts, color paper was amazing making my child feels like home.

3rd time staying at the Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta, once for a weekend getaway, and twice for my birthday, for 2 years in a row, and got the same pleasant experience. I noted one different thing in my suite, that this year, besides the window decoration, balloons, and birthday cake in my suite, there’s a new “Happy Birthday” pillow on my bed. Every single thing in my suite were in perfect condition, no single flaw I noted. I also got the early check-in as per my request…

All the Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta’s team provided excellent service including the housekeeping that always greeted us every time we encountered in the corridor. But there were 2 name that were really memorable for me for going extra miles in doing the service: Albert from Palm Court, which came to my table back and forth, offered us if we wanna try their notable Avocado Toast and explained us why the Avocado Toast is so special, asking us if there’s anything we need, and to feel at home, I also noted he did the same thing to all of the guests and being really nice to a lil kid. Albert and othee 2 or 3 Palm Court team also tried their best to give me a birthday cake surprise when I had breakfast (just as last year, I forgot the people from last year), my husband noticed they already brought the cake when he was going outside to toilet, but as they knew my husband was going outside, they waited until my husband arrived back at the table, and when they noticed I might spotted them, they went to other direction and surprised me from the direction which I couldn’t spot them. Hahaha… Also, Ricky from Alto when we had Sunday Brunch. Despite my husband and I sat at the outdoor and no other guests sat at the outdoor, he came back and forth offered us their special menus to order, even brought us some menus to try from the tray. He as well poured our glass when it’s empty, and also offered us the lemoncillo. We were so satisfied with their services specifically. There were 5 Alto team came to our table to sang me happy birthday and gave me the birthday cake (Ricky, one other Server, two people with Chef’s hat, and one lady with blazer supposedly the Supervisor)… And upon check-out, the Front Desk Agent wished me a happy birthday also. Hahaha…

Not to forget, all the dishes served at Palm Court and Alto were perfectly plated and tasted good. Also, as I always did, I ordered the Nasi Goreng Kampoeng from in-room dining service at night, and the Nasi Goreng Kampoeng still tasted the same as last year, the best nasi goreng I have ever tried in my life.

My birthday for 2 years in a row at the Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta went perfect and even more than I could imagine because of the excellent service from the team. And surely will have my birthday in 2026 at the Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta, again…

That is how service should always be. Everything from a warm welcome, checkin, the room, the staff, the facilities and breakfast were excellent. The architecture inside, specially the lamps, are beautiful.

This is my third time visiting Nautilus, and I forgot the name of the cocktail my friend and I ordered. The staff were really attentive, friendly, and helpful. Special thanks to Irfan for recommending drinks and clearly explaining the menu, which really helped us choose something that matched our preferences. Ariska, Febrin, and Bagus were also very friendly. Overall, a great experience!
