Not my best experience at Hampton Inn
Pros:

Location was great for a downtown wedding venue.

Cons:

The public bathrooms were dirty (both men's and women's), trash cans by elevators were overflowing, complimentary breakfast items were not hot or replenished, tables were not cleaned after someone left, and they were messy with syrup. Temperature in the elevators was very warm, too. The bed was noisy also.

Pros:

A very nice hotel & the staff was friendly. When we in Minnesota for the State Fair & when we asked about shuttle service, the front desk clerk informed us of a free shuttle very close to the hotel. He was very friendly & answered all of our questions about the free shuttle & how to get there. The hotel also let us park in the lot for free the day of our departure while we were at the fair. A very positive experience. Thank you!

Receptionist, he was very rude, he told me he couldn’t give me my room because I didn’t have my physical card on me but the room was already paid for it. He end up canceling the reservation even when it was paid for it.

Pleasant Stay
Pros:

Our stay was consistent with our experience with other Hampton Inns. Room was modern, comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Air conditioning was quite loud in room and thermostat was a little tricky to manage. Breakfast was just okay.
