POP! Hotel Pasar Baru Jakarta

Je suis navrée pour l'établissement en question s'il n'est pas responsable mais je cherche en vain à contacter le service client suite à un prélèvement frauduleux de booking sur mon compte qui ne correspond à aucune de mes réservations.
Et comme, j'avais déjà reçu un message via WhatsApp, tentative de phishing concernant cette réservation...
J' ai adressé 6 e-mails en 10 jours, essayé d'appeler sur numéro de téléphone booking mais c'est une ### d'IA qui ne sert à rien.
En attendant, j' ai dû faire opposition sur ma carte bleue ce qui ne va pas sans poser problème.

The staff(girl at the reception) at the reception was very rude and not at all welcoming
She tries to show that she is very busy and do not show any welcoming gestures towards guests and is not well trained for hospitality
One day when I was out of the hotel then she texted me on the WhatsApp that whether the hotel staff can take the iron from my room as the other guests need it, so this the level and understanding of hospitality they have
Room has small cockroaches so the cleanliness is not up to the mark
There is no curtain and glass partition in one half of the shower area which leads to the spilling of water everywhere in the whole bathroom and toilet area while taking shower which makes everything very messy
Room size is very small and hardly any space is left after all the stuff which is already there in the room
No wardrobe or closet is there in the room so no where to keep your clothes and other stuff
No side tables on the bed side
No electric kettle for making tea in the room and if someone need it then they charge IDR50000 per day for it which is ridiculous for such a basic thing which should be there in the room without any extra charge
So they have their cheap tactics of making money from the guests because of which it is not a good value for money stay option
Lots of scope for improvement especially on the training and imparting of soft skills to the staff at the reception

Room are diffrent to booking .com pics and they charge big room but they give us small room and no have hot water jug no any tea bag

They don't honoured what they stated when we booked. They mentioned that they have 3 bed (2 singles and 1 large double bed) in 1 room but when we checked in they said they dont have it and that was a mistake in the booking.com...when we ask for another bed, they asked for extra charge... That is not acceptable at all..!!
