Pros:

The location was perfect for the concert we attended at Bon Secour Arena it was a 9 minute walk
The room was clean and welcoming, the breakfast was delicious and had plenty of options

Pros:

The staff was great and very helpful. The room was wonderful...loved all the extras included in the kitchen. It really was a very good room.

Cons:

There were no luggage racks available for us. We had to make two trips down to tjhe first floor with our luggage. And had to carry our luggage out to get intpo our car without any luggage racks to help us. That was a real sour lemon.

We enjoyed our stay and were impressed by staff.
Pros:

I was most impressed by Angela at the front check in desk. She was most friendly and accommodating. A big compliment to your business. We also noticed her the next morning working diligently maintaining breakfast setup. Breakfast was also very nice and clean. Room was very clean and well set up.

Cons:

I wasn’t really happy over the fact that the $18 per day valet parking wasn’t noted in reservation process. I didn’t argue with the fact and even tipped the driver on top of those charges, but it should have been reveled better.
