Enjoyed our stay!
Pros:

Location was great. Rooms very quiet and comfortable.

Cons:

Digital check in not worth it. Picked room and arrived at 3pm check in time. Room was not ready & was told could not switch to another floor that had rooms ready because I did digital check in & she couldn’t manually override it. Yet when I asked a 2nd check in person that walked up she gladly got manager approval to change room.

The distance to Bon Securs...

Cons:

The staff wasn't very friendly but professional. There aren't a lot of great places to eat, walking distance from hotel. The valet parking is quite expensive. 9

We enjoyed our experience there and if breakfast improved it would be great!!
Pros:

Room… lobby… location… staff

Cons:

Breakfast was mediocre. My wife loves oatmeal and didn’t like your oatmeal. She also loves bacon and there was none. I liked the fried chicken patties but she doesn’t so no protein for her. Breakfast was the only low point for us.
