Pros:

Everything here was great. Everyone from the valet to the front desk were professional and nothing but happy to help. The beds are comfortable the room was cleaned up everyday and the valet would have your car at a timely manner. Would 10/10 recommend to any friends or family.

Good but could be great
Pros:

Location was excellent and staff very helpful and friendly

Cons:

The parking situation the fact that you had to valet park your vehicle and if I forgot something in my car I have to call valet service to retrieve my vehicle and get what I needed and have them return my vehicle several times

Our room was good size with mattresses that were lumpy, but staff was helpful and friendly and we would stay there again
Pros:

The location and staff were great! We went to a concert at the area and were able to walk there with no issues. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

There were unpleasant smells in elevator and upstairs hallway on 3 rd floor.
Pull out bed was not comfortable and the king size bed in our room seemed like it wasn’t level.

Loved the location! Within walking distance to many restaurants and shopping

Cons:

Housekeeping never came and cleaned the room. We were there for three nights. Had to call to at least get new towels and the trash taken out

Enjoyed our stay!
Pros:

Location was great. Rooms very quiet and comfortable.

Cons:

Digital check in not worth it. Picked room and arrived at 3pm check in time. Room was not ready & was told could not switch to another floor that had rooms ready because I did digital check in & she couldn’t manually override it. Yet when I asked a 2nd check in person that walked up she gladly got manager approval to change room.
