We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
Pros:

The room was very spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The drain in the bathroom had an enormous amount of long hair that was not cleaned before we arrived.

Friendly staff, comfortable beds and great location, property is in need of some TLC.

The property feels run down. Had 3 different rooms in 1st night. First room, I requested to change because of rambunctious family in the room next door, staff was very accommodating . Room #2, charging station by the bed was broken. Room #3 and final room seemed okay until I settled in I realized it was was making a humming sound and not blowing air. It was late and I was tired and had just unpacked again for the 3rd time, so rather than change rooms I turned it off and went to bed. Informed front desk in the morning and it was fixed by the time I returned later in the day. No issues the remainder of my stay.

It was good but I may stay somewhere else when I return for my next educational conference.

Breakfast was good and convenient.

Cons:

Bathroom was difficult to access as it was a very tight fit. Cannot turn the shower on without getting soaked as only one door slides and the fixtures are not an arm reach from the other door opening to the stall so you have to enter getting soaked with cold water before it reaches ideal temperature. Only one person can occupy room to get ready. Usually rooms have the sink and vanity area with room to get ready while other occupant can shower and use the bathroom. Very difficult to move about the bathroom with the right space for door and toilet, sink area as well. Made getting ready a challenge.

Basic hotel with a great location and large rooms.
Pros:

Great location. Walking distance to the Bon Secours center (basketball tournament) and right on Main Street where all of the shops and restaurants are. Our room had a kitchenette and the hotel had a fridge with small snacks/meals for purchase at the front desk. We needed to get a late night meal and were able to cook these in our room. That was very convenient. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and very very large. The bathroom was fine, but the shower's water pressure was just slightly low from what you'd expect. We used the valet for the car and it was very well-attended and the staff was great. I think the valet was $18 per night and that seemed reasonable. The main pedestrian areas of Greenville with the shops and restaurants are very close.

Cons:

Nothing. We requested an early check in because we had our dog and they were able to have the room ready in about 30 mins after we arrived. The breakfast was just ok. Its the exact same breakfast that you get at all of these mid level hotels.

Overall, great experience staying here. Definitely would stay here again!
Pros:

Location, roomy suite, cleanliness and staff was friendly and helpful! Also only a 10 minute walk to the Bon Secours Wellness Arena. Perfect location if you’re attending any events at the Arena!
