Pros:

The staff was great and very helpful. The room was wonderful...loved all the extras included in the kitchen. It really was a very good room.

Cons:

There were no luggage racks available for us. We had to make two trips down to tjhe first floor with our luggage. And had to carry our luggage out to get intpo our car without any luggage racks to help us. That was a real sour lemon.

We enjoyed our stay and were impressed by staff.
Pros:

I was most impressed by Angela at the front check in desk. She was most friendly and accommodating. A big compliment to your business. We also noticed her the next morning working diligently maintaining breakfast setup. Breakfast was also very nice and clean. Room was very clean and well set up.

Cons:

I wasn’t really happy over the fact that the $18 per day valet parking wasn’t noted in reservation process. I didn’t argue with the fact and even tipped the driver on top of those charges, but it should have been reveled better.

good location - near downtown Greenville SC shops and restaurants
Pros:

room was comfortable; staff was excellent

Cons:

$18 a day for valet parking is outrageous; ants in our first room assignment; breakfast items were lacking, not refilled quickly, and not always a great taste

Other than the cleanliness of the bathroom, our stay was very enjoyable and the staff was perfect!
Pros:

I loved the location of the room and the friendliness of the staff. It was a perfect location and the price was great!

Cons:

The bathroom of our room was very dirty. There were cracks in the bathroom floor and mold and soap scum stains everywhere in the shower and sink. The toilet didn’t flush well either.

Pros:

The bedroom was clean and had what we needed for our stay. It was also within walking distance to downtown and therefore to shops, restaurants, etc.

Cons:

When I booked initially, I did not see a note about being required to have valet parking. That added another $18 per day to our stay. If I had known, I probably would have looked at a different hotel to compare prices given the added cost of the valet parking.
