First choice for FS in NY
Pros:

It’s a new hotel, nice, clean, it fits well into financial district. There is an indoor pool which is not available everywhere.
Room service was exceptional, food is amazing.

Cons:

There was a not significant cleaning accident but the staff handled it very well.
