Absolutely Beautiful Property & Outstanding Four Seasons Service
We spent a wonderful week at the Four Seasons Downtown New York with our children, and the experience was exceptional.
The concierge team deserves a special mention — the best concierge service we have experienced so far this year! Nothing was ever left unresolved, and every request was handled efficiently and with genuine care.
The rooms are beautiful, modern and extremely comfortable, with thoughtful daily treats and little surprises for our children. The Frédéric Malle bathroom amenities are a beautiful luxury touch, and we particularly appreciated the children’s amenities as well. Even details such as the excellent shower pressure and intelligent bathroom design show the level of thought that went into the property.
The gym is extremely well equipped and the spa is excellent. The steakhouse downstairs is very, very good, while breakfast is an absolute must. The morning and evening hostesses were incredibly friendly and welcoming and made us feel at home every day.
The reception and public areas are beautiful, but ultimately it is the people who make this hotel special. Whatever you may need, it is handled in the signature Four Seasons manner — professionally, warmly and with a solution always found.
A true team throughout the entire property. We had a fantastic week and left with wonderful memories.

We checked into the Four Seasons NYC Downtown yesterday and have had an amazing experience. The room was clean and well furnished and we had a view of the WTC from the 15th floor. We had dinner at Cut last night with my son and his other graduate friends. Everyone loved their steaks which they said were the best they’ve had. Other standouts were the scallops and the cauliflower- amazing! But the best part of our trip was meeting Vash Mungur who anticipated our every need! He helped prepare us for everything we needed on graduation day in the 90 degree weather (no A/C at the graduation venue.) He made our stay so much more enjoyable and pleasant and was so solicitous- providing us with Gatorade drinks, a disposable camera and an adorable graduate plush toy! We will definitely be back to stay here! Thank you to Vash and your wonderful team.
