Good stay
Pros:

The breakfast was great. The staff who cooked the eggs was amazing. Room was clean.

Cons:

The room felt cramped. But overall clean and good. Parking was difficult.

Nice hotel and staff!
Pros:

Very helpful staff! Wanda was “sunshine” in the morning in the breakfast area! The hotel was also nice with a short walking distance to the NASCAR museum and the Charlotte Convention Center.

Got breakfast wanda was amazing love her singing!! And my omelette was on point god bless her! Also marisol was on her A game as usual she made sure we were good the whole time and she is such a sweet heart

Marcus in Valet was a gift!
Pros:

I was traveling with my mother who's in her 80's. Initially I was disappointed to learn that valet parking was the only option but Marcus made our movements easy and convenient. He went over and beyond to have the car ready so my mom didn't have to wait. He is a keeper!

Good location and great staff
Pros:

Staff was friendly and attentive. Hotel was clean. We ate breakfast both mornings and Marisol so friendly and always made sure to help with cleaning our tables, and always had a smile on her smile.

Nothing beats the Morning Sunshine Omelette of Ms. Wanda + Evening reception at Embassy!
Pros:

I came to Charlotte for a conference and stayed at Embassy for 5 nights. Totally enjoyed it! First thing in the morning, the Amazing Singing Chef Wanda serves your made-to-order omelette with love and rays of sunshine. : ) When you come back from the conference, 2 free drinks + snacks are available at the reception in the bar (401 social, 5-6:30 PM) to wind down. The bar tenders are very professional and friendly, always aware of the customers' needs. The rooms are spacious, quiet and clean, with very comfortable beds and pillows. Overall, highly recommend this hotel!

True Hospitality!
Pros:

Talk about hospitality!! We had just finished
breakfast (which was great) when my daughter realized that she had lefter her retainer on her plate (!!!) Marisol, from the hospitality team, jumped into action, and started sorting through the garbage - assisted by the wonderful Karen and Ann, my daughter and me. And Marisol found it! The kindness, and true hospitality shown by the team really made us feel well cared for and welcomed. So grateful.
