Staff were so friendly - room was really spacious and quiet! Free breakfast was wonderful - from coffee to pancakes to personalized omelettes - also received one free drink at the bar which was quite good. Everything about our stay was really stellar

The Front Desk Agent "Miricle" at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Charlotte Uptown, made our check in process effortless. We were very impressed with her friendly attitude, professionalism, and just making us feel valued as a customer. We will definitely stay at this hotel in the future. In addition to the staff, we noted the cleanliness of the Hotel, as well as, close walkable proximity to attractions in the area.
