Embassy Suites by Hilton Charlotte Uptown

Nice hotel in a good location, with excellent staff! Ron checked us in and was helpful, efficient and welcoming. Our room was spacious, attract and comfortable. Beautiful indoor pool, good breakfast and pleasant social hour. Location was fantastic for Nascar Hall of Fame and walkable to Mint Museum, restaurants and other attractions. We'd definitely stay here again!

The service and care of the staff at the Embassy Suites Charlotte (on MLK) is simply stellar. The team was attentive to our group’s every need. The next time I’m in Charlotte, I will definitely be staying at Embassy Suites Charlotte. Ron G. and his team provide an unmatched experience!!

Our stay at Embassy Suites Uptown Charlotte was excellent, but what truly made it exceptional was the outstanding hospitality we experienced each morning at breakfast. Ann, our breakfast host, was simply amazing! From the moment we arrived, she greeted every guest with a genuine smile, warmth, and enthusiasm that set the tone for the day.

Ann went above and beyond to ensure everyone felt welcomed and cared for. She was attentive, personable, and consistently checked to make sure guests had everything they needed. Her positive energy and commitment to exceptional service transformed breakfast into one of the highlights of our stay.

Embassy Suites is fortunate to have someone like Ann on their team. She exemplifies what true hospitality looks like, and her kindness and professionalism left a lasting impression on us. We will definitely return, and Ann is a big reason why. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

This is the third time that my family and I have stayed at the Embassy Suites By Hilton Uptown Charlotte. It is the only hotel that I even consider staying at when I am visiting that area. I stay there so that my daughter and granddaughter and their friends can attend the concerts at the Spectrum Center. It is just a short walk from this Hotel. You can view the Center from the hotel room.
On this visit, the front desk, employee, “Ashley”, was extremely helpful upon my check-in because my granddaughter had decided to join us and we needed to change from a suite with one king bed to a suite with two queen beds. She went above and beyond to make this happen for us. It was a very busy time because hundreds of women from the Delta sorority were staying at this hotel for their Southern Regional Conference. I want to really thank her for all that she did for me. I also want to thank “Ron G.”another front desk employee for his kind and engaging manner. And upon checkout, a thank you to “Shelley“ for her pleasant and professional manner.
One of the big advantages of staying here is that the beds are in a separate room that you can close the door to. Not all hotels offer this. They have a patio on the second floor that offers amazing views of the city and is open until 11 PM at night. There is a gas fire pit, plenty of comfortable couches & chairs to sit in and it is always a highlight of our visit. The hotel is directly across from the NASCAR Museum.
The complementary breakfasts are simply delicious. You name it, they have it! Omelettes made to order by “Wanda” never cease to amaze me. She is always smiling and humming or singing while she prepares your omelette over the grill.
And as you sit there in the beautifully spacious dining area, “Ann” will check up on you to make sure everything is A-OK and that you are not in need of anything. She, too, always has a smile on her face and is very engaging and attentive.
I also want to thank “Kathy“ who is a Guest Relations Manager. It was an absolute joy chatting with her, and I was so happy to share all of the positive aspects of staying at this hotel with her.
The complementary happy hour every night between five to 6:30 PM is another nice amenity. For each night of their stay, each guest is given a small card that entitles them to two free alcoholic beverages if you are of legal age or 2 nonalcoholic beverages at the bar. There is also a supply of hors d’oeuvres for one to munch on.
The housekeeping staff does an excellent job. Every inch of this hotel is kept very, very clean and if you have a housekeeping request for more towels, etc., your request is promptly taken care of.
The valet parking is a little pricey at $47 a night, but I have peace of mind that my daughter’s car is safe. The valet staff are very prompt and friendly.
I highly recommend this hotel.

I’ve been to many a Hilton embassy suites. I’m a diamond Hilton member and this has to be one of the best breakfast spreads I’ve ever experienced. Shout out to Wanda for a great omelette. Shout out to Terri for being friendly and also Brenda. Ms Ann was very attentive too! . And Shout out to Tracey super friendly!

Ms. Wanda was a jewel. I came down to breakfast with a lot on my mind and her jovial spirit just eased my mind. I can’t remember her name but the lady that checked me in was amazing as well. The room was clean and the bed was perfect! I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in town!

The Embassy Suites offered a warm and inviting atmosphere from the day we checked in until the time we left. I was here for my Delta Regional Conference and although it was busy ; it felt as if we were right at home. Ms. Ann, a breakfast attendant, made the breakfast time feel like sitting at Big Mama’s table. She’s remarkable!!

Joshua was an amazing attendant with the valet parking. If I am coming back to the area, I would stay here again for sure. Good and hardworking young man that’s going places.

Convenient and walking distance to convention center. Nice hotel. Living area and bedroom was a little small. Bathroom connected to living and bedroom. Huge bathroom. Bedroom only has light between beds so room was dimly lit at night when needing to iron. Housekeeping did not have shower caps so had to walk to front desk. Special Thanks to Ms Wanda and Ms Ann for being so welcoming and gracious to hundreds of women in red and white! We will be back in 2 years and I plan to stay here!

Love Ann’s spirit this morning. It was refreshing to see her smile and she was happy to help me as I scrambled to fix my breakfast last minute.

Ann F. in the breakfast area is amazing! She is always pleasant and works above and beyond her job. She’s personable and made sure that all of our desires were met.

Marcus in valet immediately greeted with a smile and helping hand. He unpacked my SUV for two guest suites, took our luggage to both rooms and provided directions to every place uptown I asked about.

Shelly was such a welcoming and kind way to start our stay! We were a walk in and she was patient with our kids, delightful to work with, and truly just so kind!

Wonderful experience, nestled in the heart of Charlotte. It’s a beautiful hotel with spacious rooms. The layout can be tight but it is efficient for all of your needs. The hospitality and service stoke the show. The employees here are wonderful and because of them we will choose to stay here in our future stays.
