The location was perfect to attend an event at the spectrum center.

Cons:

The breakfast display, options and quality did not meet expectations when compared to breakfast at other Embassy hotels I’ve experienced. Price for parking is too high.

Great. I will stay here again if I come back to Charlotte
Pros:

From the moment I walked in the door the atmosphere was pleasant. Workers were very helpful. Kitchen staff was excellent.

Cons:

I feel like the cost of the hotel is enough but the extra parking is a little too much. When I first went to the bar my experience was a little uneasy but another worker came over & made me forget the first experience I had when I first got there

Cons:

The complaint I have is the cleaning staff was horrible. First day I called and ask for towels and a blanket for the couch bed along with pillows for my two girls and had to call twice and still never received them 24 hrs later , then they would never clean my room and only would leave 2 towels when I did get them for a family of 4 also ran out of toilet paper twice bec they would only give you one roll at a time. I called for more and staff down stairs told me to come get it. Also I think the parking is bullshit that I have to pay to park at $55 dollars a day you think that would come with the room I purchased parking ya know most people travel with a car .
