The staff at embassy has been super great !!! We were stuck in Charlotte for a ymca event and they were very accommodating and sweet ! Especially Monique at front desk ! She was very kind and helpful !! Also two of the morning gentleman very kind and helpful

Recent Conference Stay
Pros:

Our team visited for a conference and were very happy with the stay! Room was comfortable and clean and the staff was attentive and friendly. We loved the breakfast options and bar for evening cocktails. The location was fantastic with so many bars and restaurants in walking distance. Check-in and out were simple and fast. Ron G. helped us with both and was such a warm welcome to the city - would stay again!
