Atmosphere at the embassy suites was one of a kind. From the front desk, room service and breakfast experience exceptional service provided. All employees had an amazing attitude, especially the cook Ms.Wanda. Her attitude and sweet melodies while she served definitely make this trip memorable for me. When I visit Charlotte in the future the Embassy Suites will be my choice of stay.

The overall experience was excellent! I love the happy hour specials every afternoon including free drinks. The highlight was hearing Wanda sing every morning as she prepared my omelette. She made my day!
