Will definitely be returning!
Pros:

The breakfast was really nice. I liked how they greet you at the front desk. The lady was very, very nice. They give you water and snacks when you come in which is wonderful, the room was nice. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was good. There was a really good selection. Overall it was a great experience. The food was really good.

Cons:

One thing I didn't like is that they didn't have parking. You only had to do valet, which was fine for me. But when I was going to have a visitor she didn't have extra money to pay for the valet. I wish there was a little more of an option on the menu in the bar lounge. the happy hour cocktail, I missed that because we weren't there so I was sad about that, but that is not the facility's fault. And also, there were a few cracks like in the toilet. the mattress on the couch bed was soiled on the bottom so that could have been better.

Pros:

The location was perfect to attend an event at the spectrum center.

Cons:

The breakfast display, options and quality did not meet expectations when compared to breakfast at other Embassy hotels I’ve experienced. Price for parking is too high.

Great. I will stay here again if I come back to Charlotte
Pros:

From the moment I walked in the door the atmosphere was pleasant. Workers were very helpful. Kitchen staff was excellent.

Cons:

I feel like the cost of the hotel is enough but the extra parking is a little too much. When I first went to the bar my experience was a little uneasy but another worker came over & made me forget the first experience I had when I first got there
