Já foi bom um dia
Pros:

A localização é ótima, para quem está no vogue jantando, etc, consegue facilmente se hospedar.

Cons:

Limpeza e conservação péssimos. Toalhas manchadas! O chão do quarto estava encardido. As paredes sujas. A cabeceira da cama, suja!! Falta manutenção! Claramente o hotel está largado. Café da manhã faltaram pratos e havia fila aguardando chegar. Dormi com meu marido na noite do dia dos namorados e foi uma experiência ruim.

Atendeu pô esperado
Pros:

Café da manhã excelente , inclusive pessoal que atende .
A nova disposição dos cones e bebes do café da manhã tb ficou prefeita e mais funcional .

Cons:

Sempre reclamo da falta de mais uma toalha de rosto pq estamos em dois , e aí tem q ficar pedindo para a recepção .

O hotel tem boa estrutura mas precisa melhorar a gestão e conforto para os clientes
Pros:

O café da manha é ótimo e o hotel é bem localizado

Cons:

A qualidade das toalhas é muito baixa, bem como do colchão, além disto o ar condicionado estava com a paleta quebrada direcionado o ar em cima da cama
