We stayed at Samba Bossa Nova Ipanema for two nights. The hotel was clean and spacious, and the breakfast was very nice. Most of the staff were friendly and welcoming. Good location and nearby restaurant.
However, one lady at reception seemed focused and was often busy with paperwork, so she was not very quick to assist us. It would improve the guest experience if she could smile more, acknowledge guests, and give them her full attention when they need assistance.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

Toalhas muito velhas e manchadas. Movéis degradados e porta amenidades em mdf no banheiro estufado pela água. Difícil contato com a recepção após esquecer um casaco. Fora de área único telefone fornecido

na venda da hospedagem falava sobre oferecer roupao de roupa, porem chegando la o hotel disse que nao tinha, limpeza dos quartos nao muito boa, toalhas encardidas e a agua nao esquentava! pedi o melhor quarto mas nao consegui utilizar a banheira de imersao porque vazava agua e nao tinha agua quente. parece que o hotel está quebrado

As toalhas de banho fornecidas são antigas, ásperas ao toque e perderam a funcionalidade. Passam a impressão de falta de higiene em razão de estarem bastante desgastadas pelo uso. O aparelho de televisão do quarto é um modelo antigo e ultrapassado, sem recursos de Smart TV para acesso, por exemplo, a aplicativos de streaming
