Very convenient hotel in Ipanema.
Pros:

Location, close to restaurants, shops, Ipanema beach. At night you can walk without worrying. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast, lots of local food and variety. Big room and big bed, nice facilities. Very quiet at night.

Cons:

The towels, they need to update these because they're old and have stains. In the room there was always a humid environment.

Buena ubicación, comercios cercanos.

Cons:

La limpieza diaria del cuarto fue el punto débil, aunque tenía buena área, siempre se dejaba medio limpio el cuarto, no limpio del todo. Otra cosa es que diariamente se tenía que magnetizar en recepción la tarjeta de ingreso al cuarto (primera vez que me toca algo así).

Um tanto decepcionante.
Pros:

O hotel está muito bem localizado, em área sossegada, próximo à praia, restaurantes, mercado e metrô. O quarto era amplo, com cama, colchão e travesseiros confortáveis. Lençóis limpos e de qualidade. Tanto o quarto quanto as áreas comuns estavam bem limpos. O sinal de wifi era bom. Os funcionários foram sempre muito cordiais e prestativos desde o checkin ao checkout. O café da manhã era composto por produtos de qualidade e bem variados.

Cons:

As toalhas eram de baixa qualidade, muito usadas e encardidas (quase cinza). O café da manhã nos fins de semana é servido meia hora mais tarde (7h) e, além disso, tanto no sábado quanto no domingo quando estive lá foram servidos praticamente às 7:30 e faltava várias itens, que chegaram quando eu já saía do restaurante.

Très bon rapport qualité prix - L'espace dans la chambre très appréciable
Pros:

Etablissement très bien localisé proche de la plage de copacabanna ou ipanema notamment pour le coucher du soleil à arpador. Etablissement moderne, personnel qui parle anglais. Nous étions au 14 eme étage vu favelas. Chambre spacieuse, un lit immense , drap propre, deux vasques dans la salle de bain très pratique pour se préparer, le linge de bain un peu usés et pas très grands, wifi fluide...

Cons:

le personnel au petit-déjeuner pas très chaleureux comme accueil, et le petit déjeuner était diversifié mais parfois un peu sec et pas très relevé. Mais tu trouveras tout de même des plats à manger, des fruits, du sucré etc...

As toalhas não foram devidamente repostas. Faltou toalha de rosto. As toalhas em geral estavam em péssimo estado. Muito velhas. Foram fornecidas toalhas de praia pois estavam em falta. Box da cama sem a saia. Pedi para colocar e não foi colocado.

Muitos pontos de melhoria que poderiam tornar a estadia mais prazerosa.
Pros:

Localização excelente, o que facilita o acesso aos principais pontos da zona sul. Muito legal terem parceria com um quiosque em Ipanema com equipamentos de praia e toalhas de praia. Equipe do hotel foi simpática e responderam às nossas solicitações.

Cons:

Limpeza em geral deixou à desejar e as toalhas de banho são muito ruins e pareciam encardidas. A roupa de cama também estava bem desgastada e com aspecto não muito limpo. O local do café da manhã tinha um odor muito forte e ruim - não sei identificar do que - e optei por não consumir alguns alimentos mais frescos pela aparência deles como queijos e frutas.
