Spacious apartment, 600 meters from a very beautiful beach.
Pros:

I loved the apartment how spacious it was. Loads of space, big bathroom, big and comfy bed, modern, nice views of Rio, including the sea view.The room was ready when I arrived and also the distance to both beaches was great so perfect loaction.I also felt safe in this property.

Cons:

The staff did not speak or understand English.I asked them to book a half a day tour to the statue of the Christ and it was a terrible experience as they booked a full day instead (and I paid for the full day) and I was 2,5 hours late back in the hotel.

Pros:

Chambre spacieuse et au calme, avec seulement quatre chambres par étage. La chambre donne côté cour, sans aucun bruit de circulation, ce qui est rare à Rio.

Excellent value in good location; could use some touch-ups and renovation sooner than later
Pros:

Great location on a quieter side street where Ipanema is becoming Copacabana, but still super close to transit, beach, markets. Super view from my room. Nice lobby and efficient staff, what little I interacted. Nice little minibar with reasonable prices and a good variety. Good sized bathroom for Brazil.

Cons:

It just needs to be better maintained. The whole room needs a refresh, paint, new linens etc. It was clean and *not yucky* but it’s tired. The price reflected this - I would stay again for a night or two but don’t use this expecting anything other than minimum.

Quartos com forte cheiro de mofo, limpeza duvidosa

Localização, simplesmente.

Cons:

Pior estadia minha no RJ, quartos com cheiro de mofo absurdo, paguei a mais pra fazer um upgrade devido ao primeiro quarto estar com cheiro insuportável de mofo, porém o novo quarto também estava com cheiro ruim, banheiro com aspecto sujo. Nunca mais, não recomendo.
