ibis budget Saint Gratien Enghien les Bains

J ai payé pour ma fille et son copain, le 6 octobre, puis renouveler le 7 octobre, par carte bancaire, mais l hôtel les a renvoyer, et bien sur n as pas rembourser, ma fille m a dit que le proprio était odieux pour ne pas dire autre chose, plus grave, et ne sachant réellement ce qui c est passé. Mais malgré tout cet hôtel aurait pu rembourser, cela veut dire qu on doit payer d avance, mais qu après il peuvent ne plus accepter les clients et garder leurs argents !!!

Hotel muito ruim, sujo, fedido

Accueil déplorable, matelas draps et oreiller tachés... La salle de bain n'avait pas été nettoyé depuis très longtemps. J'ai réservé pour la semaine, je n'ai même pas pu rester une seule nuit. La personne à l'accueil 'a pas voulu me changer de chambre ni me rembourser... inadmissible

hébergement correct pour le tarif,personnel d'accueil à l'écoute et serviable.

points négatifs: pas de sèche cheveux, pas suffisamment de serviettes, radiateur mal fixé au mur.

Chambre dans un état déplorable, des taches sur les draps et le matelas, je n'ai pas pu dormir sur place et ont m'a refusé le changement de chambre... Inadmissible

L’accueil du personnel

Ein kleines Hotel im mittelmäßigen Preisverhältbis. Nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Gute Verkehrsanbindung nach Paris und eine schöne Umgebung mit diversen Läden/Restaurants.

Tout s'est très bien passé. Le responsable de l'hôtel d'une grande gentillesse et bienveillance, très sociable. Je dirai aussi grand merci à la personne qui nous a reçu, le monsieur métisse un peu chauve, très très gentil, en tout cas au top!

Typisch budget hotel. Typical budget hotel. Worn out, smelly, but everything works and staff is friendly. Everything else is close by: shops, restaurants, train station.

The rooms smelled terrible. I had to open the window and door to let smell out. Bed mattresses seemed like they came from a jail cell. Bathroom was ridiculously small and the sink was next to the bed. Overall the room looked like a jail cell not a bedroom

Hôtel sale, chambre sale, faux cils d’un client descendant retrouvés dans la salle de bain,
petit déjeuner médiocre,
Lit non confortable et grinçant à chaque mouvements minimes
Traces de selles dans les toilettes à notre arrivée.

I wanted to check out and go find another place but the other hotel in the area was full so I went to the local market and bought cleaning supplies and cleaned the shower and the sink because they were disgustingly dirty. It’s far from the city so once you leave you probably won’t return til the end of the day. Also, the place reeks of a mixture of cigarette smoke and B.O. It was BAD.
Front desk staff is nice and were helpful but other than that, no, just no.

This is not a hotel at all by any definition. Very dirty, very old and used up, no parking (only public). Other guests look, sound and smell weird. Definitely not for a couple or a family. I checked out right after I saw the very dirty smelly room although booking was non refundable because it was unbearable.

The hotel has the potential to enhance its services. Although it is not a luxury hotel, it is an excellent option for travelers who do not seek luxury accommodations. It boasts an excellent location, offering easy access to public transportation and a variety of dining options.

Friendly staff and good value for monies. Convenient with 200 to RER to paris center for 2.5 euros.
Only 35 minutes. This hotel comes highly recommended from a frequent traveller

It is close to train station, market and restaurants. Very good location. The room is small but comfortable.
