It’s not a five star hotel re ammenities. Staff were great.

Cons:

Bit warm in hallways and carpets a bit dirty looking. No milk in fridge. Not 5 star.

Never staying there again.

Cons:

It’s too dark in the foyer, hard to see properly.
Bed sheets rough, pillows hard. No conditioner or body lotion, bottles empty. No fan.
Called reception and house keeping several times during my stay, phone rings out each time no answer, very frustrating.

Breakfast horrible! No taste, eggs cold and coffee cold!!

Room was comfortable, facilities were well maintained. I would happily return and recommend this hot
Cons:

When i checked in i asked the staff for an early wake up call because my flight was early but didnt get any wake up call the following morning. Luckily i set an alarm on my phone in case the staff forgets which happened.
