Location great.

Cons:

Communication for swipe card for car park was not shared to us. We had to walk back and get card. Waiting for table at 6pm was OTT. People walked out.

I have stayed at the Pullman numerous times, the staff are efficient and friendly, quick check in, lovely room service, beautiful quiet rooms, and I really appreciated the upgrade after a long flight.
