Great value for money, but requires minor improvements in some areas to deliver a better experience.
Pros:

The beds were very comfortable. The room size was nice and spacious. Pricing was great value for money. The food served at the restaurant - breakfast buffet and meals ordered from dinner ala cart menu - was cooked to perfection! Staff at the front desk, restaurant, and concierge were very professional, friendly, and so helpful.. The location was good. Checking in and out was fast and efficient. We were very happy.

Cons:

No sheets on the bed - only a blanket. Not enough bottles of water or milk. No mini bar. No hot beverages (hot chocolates) from room service after hours, and their were no hot chocolate or milo sachets available for us to make our own. The quality of the tea offered was not very good and smelled a bit funny. Need better lighting at the bathroom mirror as it was too dim.

On business, well located for City and Airport - meals were very good.
Pros:

Bar staff Yoga and Duke were great and the Maitre D was very helpful in recommending the best meal and drink(s) combination. Concierge staff were great

Bed sheets rough, pillows hard. No conditioner or body lotion, bottles empty. No fan.
Called reception and house keeping several times during my stay, phone rings out each time no answer, very frustrating.

Breakfast horrible! No taste, eggs cold and coffee cold!!
