Good location, but not the Lux hotel experience we had expected.
Pros:

Proximity to Airport, cleanliness of room.

Cons:

Hotel was a bit industrial looking, and restaurant did not look that appealing. It was also very crowded, and comfortable area to sit and have drinks whilst waiting. We ended up getting an Uber to another restaurant for dinner.

Good hotel but requires a better management
Pros:

Wide room with very good amenities.
Good gym.
Shoutout to the cleaning staff for the cleanliness of the room.

Cons:

Embarrassing breakfast buffet with rude personnel and dirty + sticky benches. During the 30 minutes of my breakfast time, the pots were never filled up and were left empty, despite being peak time for this meal.
I already noticed this poor service during my previous stay here but now, after a few months, it has gotten worse.
The management MUST do something!

The Staff & comfort here are first class
Pros:

Beautiful rooms that have more than what you need. The comrfort of the beds and facilities are Luxe. But for me the staff are next level and lovely people who are very helpful and professional.

Cons:

Not ideal for privacy when sharing with another person because of the open plan design. Nothing can be left to the imagination.

Great value for money, but requires minor improvements in some areas to deliver a better experience.
Pros:

The beds were very comfortable. The room size was nice and spacious. Pricing was great value for money. The food served at the restaurant - breakfast buffet and meals ordered from dinner ala cart menu - was cooked to perfection! Staff at the front desk, restaurant, and concierge were very professional, friendly, and so helpful.. The location was good. Checking in and out was fast and efficient. We were very happy.

Cons:

No sheets on the bed - only a blanket. Not enough bottles of water or milk. No mini bar. No hot beverages (hot chocolates) from room service after hours, and their were no hot chocolate or milo sachets available for us to make our own. The quality of the tea offered was not very good and smelled a bit funny. Need better lighting at the bathroom mirror as it was too dim.
