Bardzo przyjemny hotel z pysznym śniadaniem
Pros:

Hotel przestronny, czysty, wpisujący się w historię Gniezna (portrety królów w korytarzach). Na miejscu restauracja hotelowa, w budynku na parterze rownież restauracja typu stołówka z jedzeniem na wagę i spa. Przestronny pokój z lodówką, wygodne łóżko, cicho w pokoju. Parking na miejscu w cenie 25 zł za dobę. Wifi działa dobrze; śniadanie zróżnicowane i bardzo smaczne.

Lokalizacja i czystość

Cons:

Brak bieżącej wody. Przyjechałem do Gniezna na imprezę okolicznościową. Po powrocie nie mogłem skorzystać z prysznica i toalety. To był wielki dyskomfort. Każdy hotel powinien z współpracować z kimś w rodzaju pogotowie lokatorskie.

Polecam dla rodzin z dziećmi i nie tylko.
Pros:

Obsługa przy śniadaniu i na recepcji była bardzo przyjazna i pomocna - dawała poczucie rodzinnej atmosfery. Pomoje przestronne i bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Polecamy.

Pros:

Bliskość centrum miasta

Cons:

Utrudnione korzystanie z prysznica z powodu znacznie uszkodzonego węża doprowadzającego wodę do słuchawki prysznicowej.Poza tym poranek nie był lepszy ponieważ z kranu leciała brązowa woda, więc nie mogliśmy od razu korzystać z łazienki. Smutne jest to, że tak ważnymi usterkami nikt z obsługi hotelu się jeszcze nie zainteresował ☹️. Restauracja wieczorem w ogóle nie interesowała się klientami hotelowymi, ponieważ zajęci byli obsługą imprezy w innej sali, więc po prostu po długim oczekiwaniu wyszliśmy poszukać gastronomii gdzieś indziej ☹️
