Disappointing
Pros:

Location.

Staff were nice to talk to

Cons:

They initially tried placing us in a cheaper room than what I paid for. I know this because I saw them click the rooms and the prices showed up. "We've upgraded you to a room with a balcony"

We had to get them to change it because the bathroom didn't work. Couldn't flush etc. stuff like that should have been checked before giving a room to guests.

overall, the place is bearable, but it could be cleaner. The staff is very accomodating to all needs.

The location is nice. It’s near to the center

Cons:

The room is dirty, no doormats, electric lines are grounded. Buffet breakfast is served SLOWLY.

not good value for money.
Pros:

the location. its accessible and near to mostl visitied tourist spots.

Cons:

the room features.. all rooms are in the basement. No elevator. it’s not recommendable if you came from a travel with luggages and there’s no available staff to help you with yout things.
No avaible kettle as described. the blanket is so small and they don’t provide any extra on request. The room and CR has bad smell. Provided Towels are like Rugs (too old and fabric flupps up). We stayed for 4 days and not even once they clean our room nor change our towels.

Staff are accommodating. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Cleanliness of the toilet and bath. It seems that the toilet was never been cleaned from the previous occupant. Also, this is a basement type hotel so if you're traveling with senior citizen make sure to select ang first basement.
