Pros:

In primul rând doamnele de la recepție nota 11+ ( amabile, zâmbitoare, calde, dornice să îți rezolve orice problemă.extraordinare). Raport calitate preț. Cameră micuță dar nu este un inconvenient, apa calda la orice ora, caldura în permanență, au schimbat prosoapele zilnic ( chiar daca am stat 2 nopti). Cameră curată, cu tot ce ai nevoie ( fierbător, papuci, gel de dus, șampon). Amplasamentul hotelului, chiar in centru.
Ne-a plăcut totul. Vom reveni.

Cons:

Niște mici detalii, nu neapărat deranjante: lipsa unui coș de gunoi in cameră ( era doar cel din baie destul de micuț). Perdeaua era murdara ( erau urme de cum s-a șters cineva pe ea, erau vizibile) și fierbător murdar pe exterior ( dar l-am spălat nu a fost o problema)

Sejurul ca atare a fost excelent datorită companiei, dar șederea la hotel a fost execrabilă.
Pros:

Locația în centru stațiunii este singurul avantaj al acestei experiențe.

Cons:

Deși în mod justificat - și perfid totodată - cele două stele afișate deasupra Recepției avertizează subtil asupra unor surprize potențiale, prețul de-a dreptul nerușinat desfide orice bună cuviință și rezonabilitate. În cameră - absolut meschină ca dimensiuni - nu se regăsesc nici măcar pahare de sticlă, iar baia este de-a dreptul deplorabilă, atât ca dimensiune, dispunere, utilare cât și ca curățenie. Ușa de la baie este glisantă și rămâne înțepenită, iar decorul băii aduce aminte de așezămintele de tristă amintire ale lui ceaușescu. Sau poate ați vrut să creați turistului senzația unei călătorii în timp și nu mi-am dat seama. A fost o experiență hotelieră execrabilă din oricare unghi am privi lucrurile. Doamna de la Recepție a fost singura rază de umanitate în tot ansamblul de acolo: plină de solicitudine, amabilă, zâmbitoare, profesionistă. Merită cu prisosință un post mai bun într-o ambianță mai bună. Îi urez sincer să nu iasă la pensie din acel loc.

A lovely 2nd stay!
Pros:

Clean rooms. Comfy beds. Breakfast is great and it just across the road at Hotel Sinaia. Staff is helpful and always polite. A lovely stay all in all. Would definitely come back again.

We had a very disappointing check-in experience. Despite having paid in advance, the check-in process took around 30 minutes.

To make matters worse, the key was dropped onto the floor of the elevator. A receptionist picked it up and handed it to us, which we found unacceptable from a hygiene perspective.

Communication was also very difficult. The reception staff did not speak English, and even though I explained several times that I did not understand Romanian, the receptionist continued speaking Romanian without making any effort to communicate with us in another way.

I was travelling with my 8-year-old child, which made the entire experience even more stressful. We expected a more professional, welcoming, and respectful service, especially considering that we had already paid for our stay.

On the positive side, the view from the window was lovely, the room was clean and warm, and the heating worked well. The location was also excellent.

However, I wish we had been informed in advance that the toilet and shower were essentially built into a wardrobe-like structure inside the room. This was not clear from the photos, and had we known about this unusual layout beforehand, we would have chosen a different room.

Another disappointing aspect was the attitude of the staff. Not once did any member of staff greet us, and we did not receive a single smile or welcoming gesture throughout our stay. These small details make a significant difference to the guest experience.

Me gustó mucho. Un hotel de 2 ✨️ superior. Me dieron una habitación doble. Estaba muy bien. La recepción muy bien. Aunque no sepan castellano nos entendimos muy bien

A fost reusit .
Pros:

Amplasare excelenta , mic-dejun f. bun la Rina Sinaia contra cost , lift functional , camera incalzita .

Cons:

Hotel vechi , mobila veche , baie minuscula , lipsa umerase in dulap , usa dulapului nu se putea deschide complet din lipsa de spatiu .
