Camera base scadente e costi ingiustificati
Pros:

Vista , pulizia, varietà della colazione a buffet.
Hanno accettato di tenere i nostri bagagli in deposito senza costi aggiuntivi fino alla seconda prenotazione che avevamo 3 giorni dopo.
Camere EXECUTIVE grandi , ben arredate e ricche di amenities.

Cons:

Esperienza deludente rispetto alle aspettative. La camera base è di livello molto scadente: arredi datati, letto durissimo e scomodo, bagno minuscolo senza spazio per appoggiare nulla e scarsità di amenities per gli standard giapponesi (manca persino il minibar/frigo).
La differenza con le camere executive è abissale, sembrano due hotel diversi.
Rapporto qualità-prezzo pessimo: da una struttura di questo livello ci si aspetta molto di più, anche per le stanze standard.
La piscina non è inclusa (solo per le executive), è a pagamento, costosa e anche molto datata.
Altra nota negativa gli orari della colazione decisamente ristretti per un hotel così grande. Ultimo ingresso alle 9.25.
Il livello di inglese dei dipendenti é molto scarso, cosa normale per il Giappone , ma almeno in un hotel di questo livello potrebbero fare di meglio.

Pros:

Wir hatten neue (renovierte) Zimmer (bei einem Aufenthalt nach Zimmertausch und Upgrade) mit tollem Blick und entsprechend der gewählten Kategorie großen Zimmern. Die Bar und das Grillrestaurant haben uns auch sehr gut gefallen (Zusatzpreis für Tisch mit Blick)

Cons:

Pool muss man vorher reservieren (daher nicht genutzt).

What a delightful stay!
Pros:

The room is spacious compared to many, it’s clean, love the breakfast buffet on the 26th floor is amazing, and all the staff are helpful. The limo bus transportation between the hotel and the airports is absolutely fantastic.

Cons:

I really couldn’t think of any! We really enjoyed the stay.

Best view in the Taito area.
Pros:

The view was fantastic, the room was a good size and was clean and comfortable. There were plenty of charging ports for all of us to use, which was appreciated. The breakfast was decent and the staff were always helpful and polite. There is a dedicated area to lock up your baggage on the last day of you want to leave your bags, so you can self manage that part and the hotel has several direct transport option to get to Narita Airport.

Cons:

The street that the hotel is located on could be seen as not family friendly of a night time due to the multiple gentleman’s clubs but as long as you cross over the road and head towards the temple area, it’s fine.

Centrale ligging met mooi uitzicht.
Pros:

De locatie in Asakusa en vlakbij de tempel en restaurants is fantastisch. We hadden een mooie kamer met zicht op de Skytree. De topbar is gezellig.

Cons:

De prijs is redelijk hoog. Extra betalen voor een bepaalde plaats in de top bar lijkt me niet oké voor gasten in het hotel, idem voor het zwembad.
