An excellent hotel and stay. Include Lounge Access in your booking to enjoy 28th floor bar service
Pros:

A lovely hotel. Beautiful view of the city and sky tree at night. Nice room. Exceptional service. Lounge access was a highlight too.

Great location, very ordinary hotel for the price.

The hotel had a great location but...

Cons:

The beds were very uncomfortable. We tried to upgrade the room, on booking.com the price difference was only $50 a night while we were there, but the hotel wanted about 10 times that to upgrade.
The pool cost 3000Y per person to use which is crazy.
There are far better value hotels in this area. I only chose this hotel for the pool, but it was too expensive to use.
The listing in the fine print I realized too late the extra cost but no where did it say how much.

Luxury stay with a beautiful view. Lovely staff.
Pros:

The staff were so lovely and the view was amazing. Very comfy beds and a lovely room. We loved the cocktail bar on the top floor and spent a lovely evening there.

Cons:

Unfortunately we were not able to use the swimming pool due to our tattoos so that was a little disappointing, but the staff were so nice about it and went specifically to check for me when I asked about it at check in.

Bữa sáng phong phú. Nhân viên phục vụ rất tuyệt vời. Đặc biệt là người quản lý phòng ăn sáng rất tinh tế và hỗ trợ rất nhiệt tình.
View phòng ngủ và phòng ăn rất đẹp.
Gần địa điểm du lịch, đi lại tiện lợi
Ngay khu đi bộ mua sắm ban đêm. Đồ ăn ở các nhà hàng địa phương xung quanh cũng rất ngon.

Pros:

The view, the location, and the staff were phenomenal! We really enjoyed our stay and were really sad to leave. Also Okazaki, one of the staff went above and beyond and recommended us some amazing food. They were truly the best part of our stay there.
