The room is one of a kind, huge with amazing facilities.
We overlooked the message that the security deposit needed to be paid in cash
Despite us paying more than 50% on our arrival with the promise we would visit the ATM at the mall next door as soon as we could we were hassled by one receptionist multiple times.

The facility was clean and the novelty of having an ensuite pool was fantastic!
The fact that they allowed someone to check in to my suite after 9pm without asking for my approval first. I learned after the fact and wouldn't want to be rude by driving the person away. It made it a bit uncomfortable as I lost use of some of the common areas, etc. I could not enjoy the pool properly as they slept at the living area adjacent to it. Really quite the oversight for the night staff. I still like the facility - loved it actually, and will definitely come back again. Will opt for the Honeymoon suite next time for the extra billiard table.
Location
The continual annoying staff knocking on your door 10 times a day late into the evening. The pool was dirty and we got sick. Breakfast was a shocker
Great service and the room was amazing in general.
Quite the experience.
Some of the rooms items were a bit damaged like the jets in the pool. Not something really important items but like the door to the bathroom didn't close all the way. It should for this price.

Pool was almost as advertised just wasn’t as hot as we expected. Basically room temp. Our internet was horrible. Kept kicking us off and couldn’t watch live tv because it would stop a lot. Place was beautiful and the staff was excellent. But for the price I was expecting a bit more of no hassle room issues. They do have free chauffeur service in local area and the staff was super helpful.
The Luks Lofts seems like a great idea. 2 bedrooms, jet pool, modern technology. Unfortunately it just doesn't work. The jet pool is freezing cold. The complex technology is difficult to use and prone to failure. Worst of all, we didn't have reliable hot water for 2 days, despite staff attempting to fix it three times. Not being able to have a hot shower is unacceptable given the price I paid. The staff acted like this was a common occurrence, so i would steer clear of this place. Definitely not worth the money.
The only bad thing i could say about my experience would be, just a few of the jets in the pool didnt work. So no not a big complaint at all. Everything else was amazing staff,food, service
Nice hotel. The honeymoon suite is really cool. Staff is very friendly and prompt on all requests. There are only two things I have small concerns with. The first is the automated lighting system had a glitch where I couldn't turn off the lights and it took them several trips to my room to fix this. I wasn't able to go to sleep until this was fixed. I should add that they brought me cookies and milk as a sorry. The other thing I was not satisfied with is being charged for extra instant coffee when I exceeded my two daily complimentary coffee's. I just feel that given what I'm paying those things should be included and unlimited. In general, my stay here was very good.
This hotel as a matter of fact is one of the local buildings that has renovated exteriors and interiors with about 12 suites and honeymoon suite the one we got.
Unfortunately the breakfast is below average and the free minibar is only 4 bottles of low quality orange juice
The water and soft drinks are chargeable
This hotel has been trying to be digitized but really annoying system
The internet is below average as well
The elevator is old and slow
I don’t know about other hotels in the area since there is no international hotels series available
This may be the best in the area
