History, decor and ambience. Well run establishment. Dining, beer and wine selection. Lovely bell ringing from church opposite.
Breakfast was amazing in choice and quality and included in the room charge.
All good
Staff and breakfast great.
Beautiful property.
Friendly staff
Very attentive
Breakfast good
Fascinatingly historical building, well adapted and comfortable, in an attractive village setting. Staff friendly and helpful. Excellent food.
Lack of variety on offer in menu for vegetarians: this was quite disappointing, given the excellent cuisine otherwise.
Everything, we loved every second of our stay. What a treat, a truly wonderful experience in a lovely area with wonderful attentive staff and super food. Definitely well worth every penny.
Very good dinner - we didn't have a big breakfast (we were going to a pub for lunch) but it was fine. The Crown had a great atmosphere and the staff were all very helpful.
Nothing comes to mind.
Price for value is not acceptable. I got the worst room with the smallest bed. Think twice when u sell this room.
Unfair treatment, just because I booked a single room doesn’t mean I should be in the most unlikeable room.
One of the best pubs/hotel in the region. Staff great, food excellent, ambience excellent. The place was buzzing. The bed was very comfortable and the shower efficient
Having experienced one of the Tudor rooms at the front last year, we were pretty disappointed at the small size and lack of character of Combe for which we paid a fair amount. The tiny door to the bathroom would not shut properly and the bathroom itself was just so plain. There were no comfortable chairs in the bedroom indeed it would have been difficult to fit one in
