Tallinn City Apartments does not operate a 24-hour reception. Guests arriving after 19:00 must contact the property in advance to arrange key collection.
🅿️ Parking
Parking spaces are limited and require prior reservation. Guests using parking will be asked for a EUR 50 deposit upon check-in for the remote control. This deposit is fully refundable upon departure once the remote control is returned.
💳 Security Deposit
A EUR 200 deposit per apartment is required.
💳 Payment
Only card or contactless payments are accepted. Cash payments are not possible.

Pros:

Sijainti on erinomainen. Majoittajan kanssa viestin vaihto sujui hyvin ja kaikki ohjeet ja maksut menivät niinkuin pitikin. Autopaikka oli plussaa. Makuuhuoneen vuode oli hyvä.

Cons:

Nukuin olohuoneen vuodesohvalla ja se oli epämiellyttävä. Vuoteen metallinen verkkopohja tuntui ohuen petauspatjan läpi.

An Old Town apartment with parking
Pros:

The apartment’s location was excellent, right in the Old Town in a lovely area. Parking was available nearby, and the entrance was convenient. The apartment itself was spacious and had everything needed. The host responded to questions very quickly.

Cons:

The room felt a bit worn and not very cozy. Ventilation was poor, especially in the corridor, where food smells from the restaurant below were somewhat unpleasant. The rules were quite strict, and communication from the host was rather intensive.

Great location and wonderful views
Pros:

I stayed in Apartment 6 with my 7 year old daughter. The instructions were clear and you use a Keysafe system/box to get in with codes. The host was also responsive on Whatsapp (particularly helpful as we were able to check in at 2pm rather than 4pm) and I feel very confident that if we'd have had any problems they'd have been resolved quickly. The view was amazing and, having ice skated ourselves, we enjoyed watching others from the window. My daughter enjoyed her bath. Location was about a 30 second walk from the main square and 2 minutes from the grocery shop.

Cons:

We shared the double bed and it was very comfy but there wasn't any bedding for the sofa bed anywhere (noting here we didn't ask for any but it might be nice to have this as an option without having to ask for it). Coffee table was a unique design which meant I kept stubbing my toe on it!! A minor point but we'd have loved some conditioner alongside the shampoo.

Pros:

Asukoht suurepärane, sattus korter vaatega uisuplatsile. Vana maja hõng ja olemus, mis väga meeldisid. Paksud seinad ja üldiselt hubane. Kuigi korter ehk pisut tahaks värskendust, ei seganud see kuidagi, vaid mõneti andis isegi autentsust juurde. Väga meeldis, et kohe sama tänava nurgal oli kohvik, kust sai hommikusööki ja väga head kohvi.

Cons:

Hea meelega ööbiks seal veel, aga võtmete kättesaamine ja kogu protsess sissepääsuks oli nagu takistusrada. Alustuseks ei olnud välisukse võtit lubatud karbis. See toodi küll kõne peale suhteliselt kiiresti ja nähtamatult, sest maja ees seistes õnnestus võtmete toomise hetke mitte märgata. Seejärel tuli koodiga vaheuks ja seejärel tuli lunastada alles korteri võtmed automaatkapist (see kapp on küll väga vahva lahendus).
Teine üllatus oli deposiidi soovimine. Minu viga, et ma ei märganud seda koheselt kirjelduses ja iseenesest mõistan, miks see näib vajalik, aga veebileht, kuhu tuli kaardi andmed panna, ei töötanud korrektselt. Palun leidke muud lahendused, sest praegusel ajal ei ole sellisel kujul andmete küsimine päris turvaline.
Samuti anti märku, et vajatakse online-check-ini, mis mul aga pooleli jäi, sest taas oli hulk andmeid kuskile veebikeskkonda sisestada. Ööbimist selle puudumine küll ei takistanud.
Kogu nende sammude info liikus nii mitmes eri kanalis (Booking, SMS, mail, Whatsapp, mitmed eri lingid) ehk siis täiesti omaette elamusturism. Ehk võiks siis juba tehagi nagu aardejahi, kus iga sammu sooritamisega saad järgmise juhise.
Ehk siis rõõmuga tuleks jälle, aga konkurendid pakuvad bron-makse-teade-koli sisse lahendusi, mis tööreisidel paremini ajakavasse mahub.

The apartment facilities are simple and basic. However, we are happy with them.

We stayed in Room 6, which has a great view looking at St. Nicholas Church and other beautiful churches.
The apartment is close to almost all sightseeing sites, Town Hall, and other places.

Pros:

A localização é perfeita. O apartamento é relativamente grande. Excelente custo beneficio. Nossa chegada foi tranquila, tudo limpo, conseguimos pegar as chaves facilmente com as instrucoes que nos foram dadas.

Cons:

Única questão que não gostei foi que o apartamento não tem janelas, apenas claraboia. Ficava no ultimo andar então tinha alguns andares para subir de escada.
