Please always inform us of your expected time of arrival. Only card or contactless payments are accepted. Security Deposit: A security deposit is required upon arrival to cover potential incidentals. This is fully refundable after check-out in couple of days period, subject to a damage inspection. The amount depends on the booking period. Deposits: All apartments 100€. New Year's Eve period: Studio Apartment 100€, 1-Bedroom 200€. Please note that the building does not have an elevator.

Perfect location for exploring
Pros:

Superb location. Staff easy to contact. Secure building.

Cons:

No tumble drier for laundry. Bathroom needed some air freshener or drains cleaned.

Location is great, check-in process was easy and convenient. Facilities were nice, kitchen and bathroom, no complaints here

Great location in old town
Pros:

Lovely location, very near the centre of the old town, with cafes and restaurants nearby, but quiet at night. The apartment was very large and comfortable.

Cons:

The Wifi was very poor and kept dropping out. The shower water pressure and temperature were variable, depending on who else in the building was using water. (This may have been worse because we were on the third floor.)

Handy to everything.
Pros:

Great position near main square. Had a washing machine. Well equipped kitchen ( that we didn’t use).

Cons:

We had the attic apartment so no windows and bedroom hot. And 4 flights of stairs with no lift.

Pros:

Perfect location. Super clean and comfortable. Spacious for solo traveller. Automated check-in and check-out worked perfect. I arrived past midnight and left at 3am.

Cons:

Would of loved a warmer shower and a microwave will most probably be a better idea that a stove top.

Great apartment close to everything. An easy walk to everything in the old town.
Pros:

Excellent location with a lovely view to the church across the street. Excellent communication. The room I booked was meant to have a washing machine though but there was a laundry room in the building which I could use so no problems.

Cons:

Perhaps I should mention that there’s no lift so getting to the third floor needs a bit of work with luggage.

Pros:

Appartement très bien situé dans le cœur de Tallinn. Équipements idéaux pour quelques jours sur place, literie confortable, salle de bain et cuisine propres.

Cons:

Rien à redire.

Die Lage war absolut top! Dazu ein super unkomplizierter und freundlicher Kontakt. Der Check-in und Check-out waren insgesamt total stressfrei. Außerdem war es sauber und angenehm warm.
