Tallinn City Apartments does not operate a 24-hour reception. Guests arriving after 19:00 must contact the property in advance to arrange key collection.
🅿️ Parking
Parking spaces are limited and require prior reservation. Guests using parking will be asked for a EUR 50 deposit upon check-in for the remote control. This deposit is fully refundable upon departure once the remote control is returned.
💳 Security Deposit
A EUR 200 deposit per apartment is required.
💳 Payment
Only card or contactless payments are accepted. Cash payments are not possible.

Check-in & Payments: You are required to complete an online check-in form prior to arrival, which includes providing ID and credit card details. Please always inform us of your expected time of arrival.

Security Deposit: A security deposit is required upon arrival to cover potential incidentals. This is fully refundable after check-out in couple of days period, subject to a damage inspection. The amount depends on the apartment type and booking period:

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Highly questionable handling of personal data!
The registration process appears to be highly questionable.
I have canceled my current credit card to prevent potential scams in the future. They collect an excessive amount of personal data without clear justification. You are required to check in via their official website, where you will be compelled to provide your credit card details, including the CCV, both sides of your ID, a selfie photograph, and your address. Failure to comply with these requirements will result in the inability to check in.
A deposit of 100 € will be charged to your card.
Additionally, to obtain your key, short registration on a separate website is necessary.
To get your key in -15°C weather, you have to waste valuable time and share your personal data through a suspicious website.

Tallin war ein tolles Erlebnis, es hat ( bis auf og. Kleinigkeit ) alles gepaßt und dauerhafte Erinn

Sehr schöne Lage, unweit der Altstadt, Zimmer sehr gut aufgeteilt, Rahmenkastenfenster - seltene Bauart, aber nicht
schlecht, dadurch gutes Raumklima, insgesamt sehr schöne Aussicht

zunächst keinen Parkplatz am Hotel bekommen trotz Buchung, mußten für einen Tag/ Nacht einen öffentlichen
Parkplatz benutzen ( wahnsinnige Parkgebühren ! ), dann durch Bemühungen des Personals, eine Nutzung des
Hauseigenen Parkplatzes ermöglicht, Dank dafür ! Die Hinterlegung des Zi.-Schlüssels war schwierig: der telef.
durchgegebene Code für die Box funktionierte nicht, mußte erst Personal bemüht werden, ebenso beim auschecken
Code nicht funktioniert, haben Schlüssel und Toröffner Parkplatz im Zimmer belassen, nach Abstimmung mit Personal

Locatie! Prachtige uitvalsbasis om het oude centrum te ontdekken. Appartement zeker geschikt voor langere periode.

Cons:

Andere bezoekers waarschuwden al. Het is erg warm. Er staat een ventilator in het slaapgedeelte, maar die kan je alleen gebruiken als je niet je mobiel wilt opladen. Het appartement kent weinig stopcontacten zo ook naast het bed.
Deur hoofdingang staat open en de eenvoudige deur naar het appartement gaf niet 100% veilig gevoel.

Sijainti. Asunto siisti ja hyvässä kunnossa. Hinta-laatusuhde. Hiljainen talo. Pysäköintimahdollisuus pientä maksua vastaan.

Cons:

Autolla saapuminen haasteellista. Pysäköinnin suhteen ei tullut mitään ohjeistusta ennakkoon. Asiakaspalvelu ei vastannut viesteihin. Vasta soittamalla sai ohjeet pysäköinnistä. Pysäköintialueelta ei opastusta mitä kautta tulee kulkea majoitukseen.
Asunto erittäin kuuma helteellä. Aamuaurinko paistaa suoraan ikkunasta sisään.

Уютная и замечательная квартира
Pros:

Было очень чисто и тихо, удобное местоположение, есть чай, сахар, кофе, фен, затемненные шторы и т.д. Очень уютная квартира. Также, лично для меня, самое приятное было - это матрас!!! Твердый!! Я очень была в восторге!! Такое за время моих путешествий встретилось второй раз всего! Обычно ложат мягкий и я потом хожу мучаюсь от болей в спине, огромное спасибо вам за это!!

Cons:

Был только один минус, шторы (они сами по себе блэкаут) полностью не защищают от света по утрам, т.к. висят не по всей стене, а только по ширине окна и поэтому по бокам штор утром пробивается свет, светит в глаза и от этого просыпаешься раньше, чем хотел бы. Это информация для тех, кто чутко спит и не может спать при свете, как я, а только в полной/так скажем тотальной темноте)
