Очень уютно, камерно, удобно и по очень приятной цене
Pros:

Выбирал отель по принципу "лишь бы переночевать", а попал в 10 из 10. Небольшой, уютный, симпатичный. Номер был комфортный, не большой и не маленький, а такой как надо. Очень эргономичная планировка, есть абсолютно все, что нужно, все очень удобно. Отдельный бесспорный плюс этого отеля - это красивый, атмосферный и очень вкусный ресторан Divus в подвале. Крайне удачное соседство.

Cons:

Из окна номера лучше не выглядывать, вид не из лучших. Но мне это точно не помешает остановиться здесь еще раз )

I wouldn’t come back.
Pros:

Big rooms

Cons:

Not very friendly . We didn’t receive any info about breakfast, while waiting in the reception nobody ask if we want a glass of cold water even though outside was very hot.

Мы заказывали отель второй раз. Чисто, приятный персонал. Расположен в прекрасном месте.
Pros:

Кроме европейского завтрака можно было заказать и горячие блюда: сырники, блинчики,яичницу. Вкусно и мило.

Недалеко від центру міста, чисто

Cons:

Нам без нашого відома зробили «апгрейд» звичайного номеру на пентхаус, до котрого не іде ліфт і в якому настільки спекотно, що ми спали з ввімкненим кондиціонером всю ніч. На букінгу бронювали спеціально ліжечко для однорічного сина, в пентхаусі просто розстелили величезний диван. Через півгодини таки принесли нормальне дитяче ліжко, але збирав його мій чоловік, бо ніхто не зміг це самотужки зробити. Хотілося просто заїхати і переночувати з комфортом, в результаті купа стресу. І дуже дивна комунікація- в букінгу відповідає одна людина і каже, що вартість ліжечка 10 євро за ніч, а на рецепції вимагали 20. (Вдвічі більше!)

Pros:

Good location, super friendly and nice girl at the breakfast.

Cons:

On the day we arrived, there was a rude girl at the front desk who was completely unfriendly. She didn’t greet us at all; it felt like we’d shown up at her house unannounced. When I asked about a late checkout, she flatly refused and didn’t even try to help me, even though I offered to pay for it. The rest of the staff were simply wonderful.
