Прекрасный отель в самом центре города - все рядом - центральный парк, кафе, рестораны!
Очень красивый, стильный, новый отель. Номер превысил наши ожидания: большой, светлый, стильный, красивый! Отличная кровать, есть стол для работы, много зарядок ( в том числе и встроенные в прикроватные тумбочки), прекрасная ванная! Очень вкусные и сытные завтраки! Кроме шведского стола, можна бесплатно заказать и омлет, и яичницу, и блинчики, и сырники! Очень внимательные сотрудники на рецепции! С удовольствием советуем этот отель!

Хорошо, но сервис надо повышать
Pros:

Отличный большой и чистый номер, в целом отель очень современный. Очень приятные на запах ванные принадлежности - гель для душа, бальзам и тд. Персонал приветливый. На цокольном этаже причиныц ресторан с европейской кухней. В 5 минутах ходьбы центральные парки города.

Cons:

1-не очень понимаю дизайнерскую идею со стеклом с видом на туалет. К «креслу куколда» в отелях все давно привыкли. Но вот «унитаз куколда» - это что-то новое.
2- у нас не работала приставка на телевизоре и за двое суток и кучи заявок от нас ее так и не смогли починить. И тут даже не к ребятам на ресепшн вопрос, а в целом к организации сервиса в отеле.
3- приходим после фестиваля ночью после дождя все мокрые, а после уборки банные полотенца забрали и не положили новые. Тоже странно. В общем, с сервисом за достаточно высокую цену для Кишинева надо что-то делать.

Gdyby nie gałasujące karetki byłoby idealnie.
Pros:

Wynajęliśmy apartament na 4 piętrze, który przewyższył w znacznym stopniu nasze oczekiwania. Był bardzo przestronny, bogato wyposażony: była zmywarka, lodówka, ekspres do kawy i żelazko z deską do prasowania.

Cons:

Niestety bardzo często hałasowały karetki wyjeżdżające na interwencję. Brak możliwości zaparkowania przed hotelem w celu wypakowania bagaży. Parking znajdował się w sporej odległości od hotelu. Zaletą hotelu jest b liska odległość do atrakcji turystycznych.

Locatia, curățenia...

Cons:

Faptul ca recepționera nu mi-a permis dupa ce am participat la maratonul din Chisinau sa ma schimb intr-o baie sau un vestiar(eram decazat la 12.00 si am revenit la 14.00). Eram ud leoarca si m-a refuzat. Nu doream sa intru in camera ci doar o baie sa ma pot schimba.

Pros:

Everything was very good.

Cons:

We came in the middle of the night because of the bus situation and we have to stay for hours at gas station because your hotel have not have a room. Which is kinda sad, because we offer pay extra if needed I have with me 86 year old mother. I am not complaining the lady at the front desk wonderful placing us before room was ready. Truly appreciate that.

Central, Clean and Comfortable accommodation in Chisinau
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay at The Thomas Albert Hotel. Rooms were clean, comfortable and modern. It had everything I needed and a free bottle of water every day. Staff were very friendly and there was a good buffet breakfast. Good shower and WiFi. Central location. 5 to 10 minute walk to Cathedral Square. I would absolutely stay here again if in Chisinau,

Hotel itself is nice and very good, location is as well good one just parking is a problem.
Pros:

Room was very nice, comfortable, quiet and clean. Cleaning service for room was very good.

Cons:

Hotel do not have an own parking lot and as well stopping car in front of hotel is almost impossible due to missing adequate space / place. Definitely this have to be changed otherwise to travel with own car create trouble with parking, etc.
