Staff members were very nice
The stars were to steep for me to get up them
No bar and no breakfast 1 toilet roll for 4days stop we ordered a double room and was given a single room with a orfull bed

Comfy beds and good location
Dirt and stains everywhere, old carpets and squeaky boards underneath, tiny and smelly rooms!
Location was the only good thing about it
Room was dirty.Dirty towels with pubic hair on them and stains.Dirty bathroom ,hair everywhere.Showed did not work,had to wash up using tap .Again pubic hair all over the place in the bathroom.No Tv remoute either.
The flat was absolutely clean , the staff was fantastic I felt at home , the respect , the language was perfect , I guess the staff had that touch of confidence and perfect experience
The toilet brush was not clean , at least we should have a bottle of drinking water or to use when making a cup of tea , yes I have to use water from the washing machine basin , was it safe for drinking , I guess yes , where is signage to show that it’s safe for drinking water

The bed was very comfortable
There was never anyone at reception and was left waiting ages even though there was a bell to ring for reception. The room was damp and had mould on the bathroom ceiling and in the bedroom towards the bathroom
The pool it's amazing

Unfortunately we booked in March understanding that the pool and restaurant would be open. They were not. Such a fabulous building with so many facilities not used. The rooms need TLC but the bed was so comfortable. Missing the TV remote and took a couple of hours to get one. Just sad to see a building with so much promise to be in such a state.
This is the 3rd year we have stayed at this hotel. We chose it because of its location - minutes away from the Model village which my son loves, close to the beach and it isn't too far to access public transport.
The room was clean when we got in, wifi worked fine, shower worked OK.
We didn't find out until we got there that the outdoor pool was closed, this has been something my son has previously looked forward to
Our room only had a window in the bathroom which meant it was warm at night. There was a fan which was fine to keep the room cool during the day, but too loud at night
We saw a cleaner by chance on the 2nd day and our bin was emptied and we were given more coffee and milk, but our room wasn't checked the other 2 days we were there.
Lovely swimming pool, cosy room, clean and comfortable bed.
We will definitely back again! Perfect location.
