Alles, de kamer te heet. Geen airco. Ventilator werkte niet.
Dakloze dat probeerde binnen te komen. Geen communicatie met accomodatie. Midden in de nacht zijn we vertrokken omdat kamer te heet was en zo niet konden slapen, zonder nachtrust een autorit van 8 uurtjes, afschuwelijk! Dakloze probeerde gelijk sleutel uit kluis te pakken nadat we uitcheckte

Vi hade bokat och betalat för en lägenhet med två rum för totalt fyra vuxna. När vi anlände till hotellet fick vi istället bara ett rum med två dubbelsängar . Personalen i receptionen meddelade att det inte fanns några lediga rum. Efter att vi klagat erbjöds vi till slut det andra rummet som faktiskt hade bokat från början, men vi tvingades då betala en extra avgift på 48 euro för att få det.eftersom vi inte fick det vi ursprungligen bokat och har betalat dubbelt för en tjänst vi redan har rätt till, kräver jag nu följande kompensation
- återbetalning av den extra avgiften på 48 som vi tvingades betala på plats.
-prisavdrag/kompensation för det avtalsbrott och det besvär som detta orsakade oss vid incheckning.
Jag moster er bekräftelse på denna reklamation samt information om hur återbetalningen kommer att ske.

At the check-in the receptionist was helpful

Cons:

The rooms were roasting hot, no fresh air at all. There were 2 fans in the room which didn't work properly. The cooler was pumping hot air instead of cooling the room. We and kids could not sleep at all. There was a cockroach in the room which indicates that the room was not cleaned. Bad experience ever had in a 3 star hotel....

Es war gut, der Herr an der Reception wirkte etwas arrogant, der Rest war freundlich. Ansonsten gute Parkmöglichkeiten.
