Excelente servicio
La Villa Serena was a wonderful accommodation. Big and comfortable beds, spacious rooms and overall welcoming setting, with a rooftop to see the volcanoes around Antigua. The bathrooms were clean and the hotel provided shampoo and soap.
The staff were super friendly, always available and able to help with any questions and requests. They booked us a shuttle and kept our bags during our Acatenango hike.
Breakfast is simple but good.
Only downside was the shower for us because we did not fit under it easily, but that’s on us being very tall travelers :)
Quiet and off the beaten track, yet connected to great sights and restaurants via a short walk.
Can’t think of anything.
Desayuno excelente.
Todo me gustó.
Personally, I loved that it was a little outside the center of Antigua. Takes about 20 minutes to walk to the city center or take a taxi/uber. It was quiet, the rooms were spacious, the breakfast was delicious and they have a terrace with beautiful views of the volcanos. The staff were friendly and accommodating.
The WiFi was spotty at times
Nice property tucked away in a quiet street. Only a 5-10 minute walk from the central part of Antigua, which is nice if you want to be away from the chaos.
Beautiful garden to have breakfast and the room was clean and comfortable.
Shower wasn’t very strong, which was a bit frustrating after a 2 days hike.
Otherwise no issues.
Enjoyed it for the time I was there. So can’t complain
The location outside of the main city provides better quietness but requires additional 5 min walk. The place itself is very nice.
The bath was not in the best condition and lack of a/c requires price adjustment
The neighborhood was quiet and nice.
The stuff were very kind and the rooftop is amazing.
The rooms was pretty big.
The bathroom weren’t very good and there wasn’t AC.
Breakfast not so tasty. And it was expensive to compare to what you get.
