La amabilidad del personal, es un hotel pequeño y acogedor. Somos un grupo familiar de 8 personas y nos sentimos como en casa. La ubicación es muy tranquila y si les gusta caminar son como 700 metros al centro. Desayuno excelente.
Todo me gustó.
Personally, I loved that it was a little outside the center of Antigua. Takes about 20 minutes to walk to the city center or take a taxi/uber. It was quiet, the rooms were spacious, the breakfast was delicious and they have a terrace with beautiful views of the volcanos. The staff were friendly and accommodating.
The WiFi was spotty at times
Nice property tucked away in a quiet street. Only a 5-10 minute walk from the central part of Antigua, which is nice if you want to be away from the chaos.
Beautiful garden to have breakfast and the room was clean and comfortable.
Shower wasn’t very strong, which was a bit frustrating after a 2 days hike.
Otherwise no issues.

The location outside of the main city provides better quietness but requires additional 5 min walk. The place itself is very nice.
The bath was not in the best condition and lack of a/c requires price adjustment

Nice quiet hotel, rooms are nice in old colonial style. They have a nice breakfast and the staff is awesome and very helpful.
Rooms could have a fan to vent a little, other than that all good.
We really enjoyed the location, setting, staff and excellent breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of hot water. I would highly recommend getting a room with an outward facing window (not sure if they all have them), but the evening breeze helped tremendously to keep us cool at night.

And not being in the super center - where is very noisy, is actually a big advantage. Unless the hotel has noisy Spanish guests, leaving the hotel at 3 am, waking everybody. :)
If you are on the first floor, the noise from the staff is waking you up early in the morning.
It is fabulous and beautiful place - and the location is excellent - far away from he noisy center. Happy with everything!

Amazing little hotel had a wonderful time with my wife. Really friendly staff and wonderful location in the city. The breakfast was great and everything was a short distance walking.
