Disappointed in staff and facilities.
Pros:

Good location, room was nice.

Cons:

Pool and hot tub were out of service for multiple days and there was no notice of this until after we had checked in. Staff did not care that we had planned to use the hot tub. Also furniture in room was falling apart. We could not get the wifi to work and found that staff had entered our name wrong in the system.
