Comfortable and good value stay
Pros:

The reception staff is exceptional. We received a call from the reception regarding to our special requirement. They arranged early check-in but we did not manage to arrive Newcastle till 2:30pm. The receptionist was very friendly. The kitchen was well-equipped for a proper dinner cooking.

Cons:

We have no windows to let in fresh air and the shower area is quite cramped for me and my daughter.

Perfect for what I needed for a one night stay in Newcastle.
Pros:

Breakfast did not apply to me as don’t eat breakfast.
Want to point y out that the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Big call out to James who was great over the phone and in person. Please let him know his recommendation for the local Indian was excellent.
Also I arrived at the wrong Quest and the girl at reception was super helpful. Rang James to say I was coming and also got someone to chase me as I left my water bottle behind. She took the time to explain on the map where I needed to go.
For James and his colleague it was 10/10 for customer service.

Cons:

The customer service skills of your staff and their demeanours.
