Great, would stay again
Pros:

Check in room was good, staff was awesome, hotel really interesting and good looking. Clean and comfortable.

Pros:

I liked nothing, Novotel closer to Newy beach in town is the same price and has way nicer staff. Never had I experience so much discrimination from the main reception lady to the middle aged privileged 'novocastrian' owner. I'd take your money else where and support local Airbnb businesses over these hotel chains. This hotel and it's owner is a prime example of what capitalism has done to a Newcastle town that newy once was. The cleaning staff lie about items in the room and then blame you for stealing them, try and take your $200 bond. and honestly this is a huge red flag considering the cleaning staff have access cards to all your rooms. I did not feel safe with joining rooms and no CCTV on the other side eif the building where your windows are. super dodgey.

The hot headed staff, I only experience one nice receptionist

Super close to Newcastle interchange, places of interest and restaurants. Studio apartment is huge and the kitchen is great.

Great quiet location with all the comforts

The apartment was well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay.Rooms were quiet and the staff really friendly and helpful
