A quiet and convenient place to stay.
Pros:

This apartment hotel offers a spacious room, bathroom and kitchenette. The building has been converted and rooms have high ceilings with industrial features. It is located within walking distance of many great places to eat and explore. The bus and tram are outside the front door. I was traveling back after home my mother passed away and requested a quieter room. Not only was this provided but a handwritten condolence card with a gift from the staff at the hotel was in the room.

Cons:

Absolutely nothing! The room, staff, location and value for money are exceptional.

Beautifully restored heritage building with plenty of character and charm. The accommodation was quiet and comfortable, making for a very relaxing stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. There were also good parking options available, which made things very convenient.

Cons:

The only downside was that many of the surrounding businesses were closed on Sunday morning, which limited dining and shopping options nearby(by foot). However, this did not detract significantly from our overall experience.

Overall, we were happy with most things apart from fresh air.
Pros:

For our purposes of moving around Newcastle, we were very happy to be next to the interchange.

Pros:

The man at the checkout was so friendly and informative. He forgot to give us our remote for the parking spot which was not a bother at all, but then he gave us a bottle of wine to apologise. Was not needed but much appreciated.
