Fantastic stay with amazing staff and cleaning.

The room was fantastic the lady I met at reception was not welcoming

I asked the woman who’s was on receiption why the 200 dollar hold on my card came out of my account I was under the impression the hold is a hold not a transaction

Pros:

Excellent handover of keys collected from reception and both receptionists were very helpful. Excellent closed parking facilities.
Our suite was very clean and close to all amenities.

Can't recommend highly enough
Pros:

This property was in a perfect position for my requirements.

The studio apartment was very spacious and nicely decorated. It had all the amenities required.

I was given a parking space in the ungated area at a cost of $25 per day. When the bollard wouldn't lower on my return at about 11pm on a Saturday night I was able to contact the night manager who gave me another spot, walked me out to my car and walked me back to the hotel (to ensure my safety) after I parked my car. He was apologetic and helpful in sorting this out quickly.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

I can't recommend Quest Newcastle West highly enough.

Well appointed studio room which won’t disappoint the fussiest of guests!
Pros:

Staff were fantastic. Met me in the car park on arrival. Old style chocolate machine in the hallway was a nice touch and needed after a long drive.

Cons:

Slight detractor was a smoke alarm sounding off at 3am requiring an immediate evacuation into the carpark by all guests. Well handled by staff members. Entry to the hotel was difficult in peak hour traffic. More a town planning issue but could be addressed with google maps to ensure a better route is taken to the hotel. Had to spend 15 min in traffic only meters away from the hotel to double back around for entry.
