Für 3 Übernachtungen ein empfehlenswertes gutes und sauberes Hotel. Rezeption rund um die Uhr.
Pros:

Die Lage zwischen 2 Parks. schöne Aussicht vom Balkon, hilfreiche Informationen beim Check-In und ein immer gut gelauntes Personal

Cons:

Ein Doppelwaschbecken wäre sinnvoll, war nur ein einzelnes "Mini-Waschbecken". Lediglich 3 Kleiderbügel im Schrank, der im Übrigen nicht sehr zweckmäßig gestaltet war.

Schönes großes Zimmer, mit allem ausgestattet, Minibar, Ritual soap und lotion, Kaffee und Teezubehör. Hotelteam sehr freundlich. Gute Lage, da direkt am Mainzer Stadtpark und Rheinufer.

Cons:

Das Bett ist sehr niedrig, Fernseher könnte größer sein für die Größe des Zimmers. Vorhang hing runter, nur auf einer Seite vom Bett eine Steckdose. Blick vom Balkon auf die öffentliche Toilette vom Mainzer Stadtpark, war nicht so schön! Frühstück etwas klein gehalten für ein so großes Hotel. Frühstücksraum nur sehr schwer zu erreichen, mussten durchs ganze Haus laufen, Treppen und verschiedene Aufzüge. Spa Bereich nicht durchgehend auf und zu klein, somit nicht genutzt! Preis Leistungs Verhältnis nicht passend! Abendessen viel zu teuer!

The whole family really enjoyed our stay. From room, to food to pool and spa. Great value for money
Pros:

Spacious rooms, very kind and attentive staff at reception. The two spa's were really nice and contemporary and the pool with daylight a great extra. Choice of restaurants is great, though the sushi bar was unfortunately closed, leaving the others very busy, we were fortunate to get a table at last, but I would recommend to reserve a table if you know you want to have dinner. Breakfast was very good, with a constant supply of fresh new products. Our whole family really enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

From the outside the building is not so inspiring, but they really make up on the inside and with all facilities and the location is simply great, along the river and the park. Great for walking and running! It was a pity the sushi bar was closed and the restaurant/wine bar staff was a bit stressed due to all the business.

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt mit Verbesserungsvorschläge und Luft nach oben.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage,große Zimmer, sauber, gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Beschilderung im Hotel sehr verwirrend, viel zu wenig Liegemöglichkeiten im Saunabereich,
Schlechte Information über Benutzung der Infrarot Liegen,keine Info über 2 Frühstücksmöglichkeiten, bei der Abreise keine Frage wie der Aufenthalt war.
