Pros:

Das Zimmer war großzügig, sauber und schön ausgestattet.

Restaurant/Weinbar im Hotel ist super.

Wellnessbereich konnten wir leider nicht testen.

Cons:

Das Bad (Abfluss in Dusch/Badewannenkombi war verstopft, dadurch lief das Wasser nicht ab, die Decke in Bad bräuchte dringend eine Renovierung, das Licht war auch nicht optimal).

Een fijne plek in Mainz
Pros:

FAVORITE Parkhotel is een modern, luxe en prettig hotel. Nadat wij waren ingecheckt hebben we gelijk een duik genomen in het zwembad. Het water is lekker warm en het bad is keurig schoon. Ook de kamers zijn erg prettig. De bedden slapen geweldig. In de avond even wat gegeten in de Weinbar en in de ochtend een heerlijk ontbijt.

Cons:

Af en toe is het lastig om de weg te vinden in het hotel. Het hotel is erg langgerekt waardoor je soms even goed moet nadenken waar je nu precies bent.

Niet wat we verwacht hadden
Pros:

Het fijne park

Cons:

Matras was slecht, pijn aan heupen ( nooit last van ) eerder naar huis gegaan daardoor, geen alternatief aan kunnen bieden, voelde ons niet gehoord!
Het eten was ook basis, niet wat we gewend zijn bij 5 sterren hotel

Danke für eure Mühe, ich hatte einen tollen Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr kompetent und sehr freundlich.

Das Sushi Restaurant glänzte auch mit einer fantastischenSterneküche und einem kompetenten Personal.

Im Frühstücksraum hatte ich eine etwas fragwürdige Mitarbeiterin, ihre Fragen warum ich meinen Teller nicht leer esse war mir etwas zu aufdringlich und frech.

Cons:

Auf den langen verschachtelten Gängen kann man in vielen Ecken an der Wand Spinnenweben beobachten..... spricht aber für ein biologisch reines Haus.....

Schönes Hotel, aber leider sind die Zimmer nicht richtig sauber
Pros:

Der Wellnessbereich ist schön gestaltet und auch das Wasser im Pool war gut warm. Der Whirlpool auf dem Dach ist auch super.
Das Frühstück hat eine große leckere Auswahl. Die Zimmer sind auch in Ordnung

Cons:

Leider lässt die Sauberkeit in den Zimmern zu wünschen übrig. Unter dem Bett war sehr viel Staub und in dem anderen Zimmer das wir gebucht hatten wurde der Roomservice nicht gemacht.
Leider haben wir den Staub erst bei der Abreise entdeckt sonst hätten wir nachputzen lassen.

Für ein Wellness Hotel würde ich zukünftig eher ein anderes Hotel nehmen. Ansonsten ist es zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Spa völlig überbewertet. 6 Liegen und eine Sitzecke für ca. 15 Leute welche da waren. Schlecht geplant...

Das Abschieben in das Untergeschoss wenn der Frühstücksraum voll ist finde ich unangebracht. Das wird nirgendwo kommuniziert und ist für den Besucher ein unding.

Pros:

Alles super! Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Cons:

Empfang war etwas seltsam: keine wirkliche Begrüßung, Frage nach Fahrt oder Erklärungen zum Hotel, Frühstück etc.

Pros:

Im Prinzip war es ok.

Cons:

Leider war am ersten Tag die Dampfsauna defekt und die Snacks und Getränke wurde nicht aufgefüllt. Es stand überall benutztes Geschirr rum. Zudem gibt es viel zu wenig Liegen und meistens fehlten die großen Handtücher.
Zudem kam morgens die Hausdame ohne anzuklopfen rein. Am zweiten Morgen sogar zweimal. Sehr unangenehm für den Gast.
