Zimmer lag an Straße, etwas lauter.

Unsere Zimmereinrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen.
Das Frühstück war weder lecker noch abwechslungsreich. Zu dem Preis könnte man mehr bieten.

A very clean, dog-friendly stay with huge comfortable beds, but the breakfast needs warm vegetarian options and the bath
Pros:

Everything was perfect during our stay. The location is great, and the whole place is very clean. The cleaning staff and the restaurant team were super friendly and made us and our dog feel very welcome. We booked a room for three people, and the bed setup was the best it looked and felt like two huge queen-size beds. We are definitely going to come and visit again.

Cons:

The breakfast options were disappointing. I am a vegetarian who doesn't eat eggs, meats and there were no warm food options for me. Since this is a Michelin-star property, I expected better food choices. Also, the bathroom had no privacy. There was no main bathroom door, and the bathtub area only had clear glass doors.

Kurzer Wellnesstrip in schöner Umgebung
Pros:

Die zentrale Lage, das Zimmer und das tolle Frühstück.
Sehr schön war es auf der Dachterrasse und im SPA-Bereich inkl. dem Pool.

Cons:

Im Saunabereich waren leider fast alle Duschen so verkalkt, dass sie in alle Richtungen spritzten. Zudem war der Ablauf verstopft und das Wasser konnte nicht abfließen. Im Flur stand zum Ausgang auch das Wasser und musste mit mehreren Badetüchern aufgesaugt werden. Beim durchgehen haben sich daher die Hotelpantoffeln vollgesaugt.

Zufrieden aber für den Preis des Hotels fehlen wirklich Kleinigkeiten, man hätte organisieren können
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr großräumig und hat viel Platz, es liegt sehr schön am Park und ist sehr ruhig. Das Personal war sehr sehr freundlich und hat alles gemacht was möglich war. Frühstück reichhaltig und sehr angenehm.

Cons:

Leider habe ich mehrmals darauf hingewiesen dass Schirme (bei 40 Grad) auf dem Dachboden für den Whirpool fehlen, letztes Jahr (2025) waren noch 3!!! schöne Sonnenschirme da. Jetzt war keiner mehr da. Nach 5 mal fragen (4 davon waren : ja wir besorgen einen) war am Ende keiner geholt worden.

Leider gab es kein Eis im Spa (sowie es auf den Bildern geworben wurde) der SPA Raum war auch 2025 schön klimatisiert, leider war er diesmal alle Tage brechend heiss und teilweise nicht wirklich angenehm. Das Obst war am Wochenende vergammelt durch die Hitze in dem Raum (wenn es gekühlt wäre, wäre dies auch geniessbar). Das selbe Obst lag übrigens am Vortag immer noch an der selben Stelle.
