The Flora May Resort

Stayed here for 2 nights. The building is old and the room feels dim. Their buffet breakfast has quite the options. The hot water does not run efficiently, it was a rainy season on December and I'm freezing cold. Surprisingly, they have a bath tub in the room ! The balcony gives a fresh air in the morning. Overall stay was fantastic !

Location was ok. Room was ok, Swimming pool was ok. Bathroom was ok. It was during the Ramadhan, and evening time there was market selling local goods right in front of the hotel. Walking distance.
Except .. air conditioner was a bit noisy even the fan speed was set to the minimum. 2 extra water bottles were provided in the fridge. Make sure you check the water bottles were unopen upon checking in. We were asked to pay for the 2 extra bottles when we didnt even touched the bottles. It could be the previous customer, however the housekeeping had missed it.

Overall was a great stay, it is a new hotel, room is spacious and clean. This was our second time visit to the hotel, as the price is reasonable and location ok, better to have own transportation to travel around.

Very nice hotel! New Rooms, clean, very good price and friendly stuff! We were really happy 😄 to spend one night here in a time of Songkhla bike fest! Is a bit outside of center but if you have a car or bike is not a problem! Really good hotel

The hotel is a good atmosphere. Good service, Natural Park, Near Songkhla town, convenient transportation. The car runs through this hotel throughout the day. Suitable for meetings and seminars. ✔✔✔✔✔

This hotel is located out of the city centre of Songkhla and is difficult to travel to the centre without a car as public transport is limited.
The hotel it's self is lovely, very luxurious and grand - especially for the price. We had breakfast included in our stay and use of the pool.

Overal a great hotel.

Checked in today, got a nice welcome from reception girls and senior staff member gave a us a "good deal" for booking 5 nights. Lovely pool and 2 sun loungers with padded cushions, bliss, staff extremely helpful and do what they can to please. Room very nice, 2 free bottles of water BUT beware 2 in fridge are to pay for, use ones by kettle and put in fridge yourself. Very clean, very quiet, bath with shower over it, kettle, toiletries, safe, balcony, some inter connecting rooms if you want 2 together. TV good with several English channels but plenty for everyone. Large room and spacious. Staff do all they can to help, very peaceful setting. Just outside hotel are a row of street food vendors, really cheap food if you want to sample local food. a small shop to left going out the gate sells, crisps, pop etc, 5 minute walk. we had car so nice to be able to get things without driving. If you want rest and relaxation try this hotel, you won't be disappointed. Free parking.

The staff spoke basic English but did thier best in helping us at the hotel. Location of the hotel is good. Between Songkhla and Hatyai. Aprox. 20mins to both places. We had some water issue in the room. With brownish water filling our bathtub. So the manager kindly check us into another room. They were very professional and serve a drink to appologized for waiting. Staff are well trained. Well done! Hope the hotel fix the plumbing problem as I would like to return again. Room are very clean and comfortable.

We were here for a family visit. What a beautiful area and what a lovely hotel. VERY friendly staff, very clean and quiet. It is close to Songkhla and not very far (20 mins) from airport. The room was very comfortable views with lovely views to the surrounding hills.

The restaurant food was excellent and very well priced and the breakfast was lovely and eat as much as you want.

We are so glad that we stayed at Flora May for what has been a very memorable visit.

I would highly recommend the Flora May to anyone visiting the area.

This is a great hotel. Its extremely clean and pleasant. Its set half way between Hat Yai and Songkhla town so easy to visit both. You do need transport which we had. The front desk girls are friendly and helpful and breakfast waiters and waitresses eager to please. Breakfast changes slightly each day and enough choice to satisfy everyone. The room is spacious with a fridge and safety box. It has a nice chair to sit in as well as a dressing table with nice big mirror. Tv is decent with few english channels. Some rooms are connecting and have a little balcony area. Bathroom is clean and has a bath and plenty of hot water. Good wifi in room. Good size pool for relaxing next to with sun loungers. Nothing bad to say about this hotel and will certainly be coming back with friends. Highly recommended :-)

Just arrived today and as title says I am suitably impressed. Very helpful staff, room is really lovely, all amenities in room. TV, Kettle, plenty plugs sockets, Bath, shower, toiletries also. Pool outside and staff give you a pool towel if you ask for one. Just hoping the breakfast is as good as the rest. Lovely view from my veranda down to the pool, Room 309. Big enough for me to really relax and move around, not falling over the bed etc. Not too far out of town and there is a night market close by. pool is a bit deep for children but signs up saying they have to be supervised. Just 1 grumble could do with some mattresses on the sun beds to make them comfortable but that is just what I am used to all in all a good choice.
