Clean ; good price. Nice peaceful location

Comfy bed. Lovely view from the room .
Staff were very nice.
Room was clean . Bath was big.
Riverview was peaceful
Large roomy car park
I would stay there again .

Cons:

Nothing to complain about. .. only just a caution to others...when pulling out of the car park...as the trees or hedge block the view a little and you do need to pull the vehicle out onto the road to see...just do it with caution and all is good.

Pros:

We stayed for 2 nights as a family and booked 2 rooms.
The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spacious, and the breakfast was wonderful.
The pool was under renovation (we knew about it), and we went on some trips instead.
Overall, it was a great experience!

There is an elevator/lift - despite the various reviews that say it is stairs only. That is a fabulous addition.
Pros:

The pool was so lovely at the end of a hot day. The view from the room was amazing. Breakfast was nice - buffet on weekends and pre-ordered main course with buffet add-ones on weekdays. The room was very nice and the mattresses were comfortable- much softer than most of Thailand but maybe a bit firmer than North America.

Cons:

They didn’t always restock water and pool towels but the staff got them for us immediately when we asked.
