Las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado, mucha limpieza.

Cons:

La hora del checkin es a partir de las 16.30h si llegas antes te pueden guardar las maletas (esto no es negativo), la habitación es un poco pequeña pero es perfecta para el uso que le das. Faltaría un minibar o mini frigo para dejar agua o cualquier cosa que necesites

Unos días de descanso con la familia en Bilbao, en un hotel muy agradable
Pros:

La atención y amabilidad de Marisol y José María. Siempre dispuestos a ayudar y a resolverte cualquier consulta. Aunque no tienen desayuno (el hotel no dispone de cocina), en la planta baja ofrecen un servicio GRATUITO de cafés de máquina e infusiones, acompañado de galletas, magdalenas y sobaos. Suficiente para salir del hotel con algo en el cuerpo. También ofrecen el mismo servicio gratuito a la hora de la merienda. También se puede encargar desde el hotel comida a domicilio y consumirla en la planta baja que tienen unas mesas muy cómodas para ello, si no te apetece salir a cenar fuera. No obstante, a 20 minutos andando hay una zona de "pinchos" que tanto José María como Marisol te explican como llegar.

La habitación estaba muy bien, con unas camas muy cómodas. El aire acondicionado funciona de maravilla, lo que se agradece en verano.

Cons:

Todo nos ha gustado. La única "pega" es que el hotel está algo alejado del centro de la ciudad. Para nosotros no es un problema porque ya lo sabíamos, pero hay gente que se queja de esto. Un taxi al casco viejo te cuesta entre 10 o 12 euros. No obstante, a unos 15 minutos andando hay una estación de metro, que te conecta con toda la ciudad.

Para aparcar el coche, hay que hacerlo en una calle paralela por detrás del hotel. Es zona verde o azul, como todo Bilbao. Son 3 o 4 minutos andando. No obstante, para cargar y descargar el equipaje, se puede aparcar un momento en la puerta del hotel.
