Un refugio de tranquilidad en Bilbao.
Pros:

La persona en recepción, José María, y la ubicación. La habitación en la que me he alojado, una buhardilla, tiene unas vistas muy agradables a la ría.

A bit expensive. Not very central if you want to walk to the attractions. Nice owner.

Parking was advertised. But it doesn't exist. I chose this hotel because it was supposed to have parking. Luckily the area is pretty quiet so my bike was ok. Also it was the most expensive hotel on our holiday and it shouldn't have been. We could not check in until 4pm which was inconvenient.

Super liebe Gastgeberin Marisol. Hat uns viele hilfreiche Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben. Das Haus liegt auf einer Insel im Neubaugebiet. Sehr nette Bar in ca 100mts, die gleich nebenan ist nicht zu empfehlen.
Das Haus hat einen schönen Garten und verfügt über einen Aufzug. Zum Frühstück gibt es einen super Kaffee mit Plätzchen. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber wie auch der Rest des Hauses. Parkplätze durch Bauarbeiten sehr begrenzt. Das nächste Parkhaus ca 10min zu Fuss kostet €20 p/Tag

Cons:

Entfernungsangabe zum Zentrum. Das Guggengeim Museum liegt 2 Km entfernt.

Pros:

El hotel esta muy bien, tarda poco en llegar a la cuidad. Esta a lado de la ria, que puedes caminar o hacer deporte facil. Solo 5 minutos y tienes variedad en cafeterias, bares, pinchos etc. La mujer de la recepcion un amor, marisol. Muchas gracias, lo disfrutamos mucho. Saludos

Could improve bicycle storage rules.
Pros:

Friendly welcome from Aranca after our early arrival off the 7am ferry arrival from UK. She stored our bags for us and offered use of toilets, much appreciated.
Our room was small but had adequate storage. Good shower.

Cons:

The hotel charges €7 per night, per bicycle, to put them in their garage which is very expensive.
Moreover, they refuse to allow you to take your bikes out of the garage (which is only 10 paces away) until the morning that you check out, so if you need your bike for transport during your stay, (as we did) too bad. This was very inconvenient for me as a person with a mobility impairment (I explained that walking is difficult for me.)
My bicycle is like a wheelchair for me, - as paying guests this situation was inconvenient for us.

Al llegar habia la recepcionista que era tambirn la dueña, ya que era un hotel familiar en el que viven una pareja ahi, muy majos y muy cercanos.
