Good location, there are foreigner friendly bars and restaurants nearby (reccomend O'Brians, Next, Bombay). It's close to where I go for work. Convenience stores aplenty. Nice friendly staff/owners. Rooms have AC, good internet. They have light switches instead of those awful hotel light switch box things. It is a typical love/business hotel. Free parking under the building if you register your licence plate on check-in. There's also a very reasonably priced gym across the road ($280 for the year) if you are a regular visitor.

Cons:

There is a tissue box with a number for massage services in the room. For the domestic market only 😉.

The room is large.
Good Layout (hall, dining area, computer, TV, etc)
Beds size (King size plus single size
Dining area at corner with two walls bench and table plus one additional seat. Good enough for three people
Staff was kind. No English, but Google translator is always handy for this

Cons:

I missed a window, since the room is indoor.
A bit of cheap maintenance would make stay more confy.
Large shower towels are not provided. They provide small ones, I would say hand towels, but this may be normal for this type of "Business hotel"

Cheap, clean, and a good choice.
Pros:

The location was great. I wanted to run the Changwon Marathon, and the start was 20 minutes walk away. The 3km marker was right outside the hotel.

Cons:

There were blinds in the bathroom that were a little rusty.
