Cons:

疲れた体を癒すために休みをとって宿泊。8時半に起きようと思い就寝。ところが5時半に頼んでもいない大音量のモーニングコール。電話の受話器を取らないと鳴り止みません。心臓はバクバク。
帰りの無料送迎バスで10分発なのになぜか19分に発車。「ランプがなんとか」言っていたけど出発が遅れる理由があるなら乗客に言えばいいのに聞くまで黙っていました。
もう二度と利用はしないでしょう。

チェックインの時の説明が、とても分かりやすく親切でした。隣接の健康ランドも、清潔で、気持ち良かったです。

Cons:

帰る時の送迎バスを待つ所に、椅子があると嬉しいです。または、ロビーで待って、声かけしてもらうとか〰️

ウェルカムドリンクが種類多くて
良かったです。

Cons:

プール施設に家族を探しに行っただけで、
プールに入らなくてもプール入場料が発生した。入口で案内がなかった。料金体制をもう少し調べておけば良かった。
