Ruime, comfortable kamer

Cons:

Toen we aankwamen was de parkeerplaats helemaal vol, maar het personeel wist ons vervolgens niet echt goed te helpen. Uiteindelijk is de manager erbij gekomen en hebben we met veel moeite kunnen afdwingen dat we de auto nog ergens kwijt konden omdat aan de straat parkeren niet mocht. Overall voelden we ons niet heel erg welkom.

Problemy techniczne i brak chęci pomocy.

Cons:

Karty do drzwi nie działały . Personel nie potrafił rozwiązać problemu . Za każdym razem chcąc wejść do pokoju trzeba było zjeżdżać 3 piętra w dół i wołać personel do otwarcia pokoju . Można było dać inny pokój ale nikt na to nie pozwolił .

Everything about our visit was lovely.
Pros:

I'd like to thank the hotel for including everything I asked for in my notifications before my stay. Staff is very friendly. You can count on them for help whenever you need it. It's nice and clean. There's their own restaurant and nearby food outlets, so you don't have to figure out where to eat.

Cons:

There was a problem with the TV, but I think they'll fix it soon. The staff tried to fix the TV, but they couldn't. It wasn't a problem this time because we stayed for a night.
