Great staff very helpful

Hotel was beautiful, food was great and the staff were absolutely wonderful!

Nice & delicious selection for the Indonesian breakfast menu. It kept changing everyday during our stay.

The aircons in the bedrooms are not cold enough even though I had turned them on to the maximum.There were no aircons inside the lift & on the corridor either. It was hot & stuffy

It was a great stay, the only thing that was lacking was that there was no swimming pool. Other than that, everything was great.

Love this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The hotel is quite new. It has a modern style to it. The staff are friendly, room is clean, service is very nice, breakfast is good. It was a very good stay and I will stay there again for sure.

Good location whereby its in the town center, easily access to shopping mall 5-10 mins away from hotel via taxi/grab car. There's a supermarket located right next to the hotel. The hotel room condition is normal but the towel is a little bit dirty and noise separation is a little poor where you can hear neighbor guests talking and showering. Overall it was a pleasant stay for this good deal of hotel price.

my dad left his wallet in the hotel room and only realized it after we left the hotel 30mins ...I quickly make a call to the hotel receptionist and informed them about the wallet..10min later they called me back to informed that they had found the wallet...we were so thankful that nothing was missing..staff were very helpful and nice.:)

Had a very bad experience at this hotel. They put me on smoking room on first day although I booked non-smoking. I agreed since it was told only for one night. The second day when I asked for room change they insisted that the room I am staying is non-smoking and they can put air freshener. Another bad thing was I left a personal equipment in the room but when I called back after checkout they denied of any personal item left behind.

The hotel was quite good, reception staff are friendly. Except that the daily breakfast definitely need to improve. Food are cold n not serve warm. person who fryung egg has no experience? egg shell found inside omelette. Choices of breakfast really no good, little selection, fried chicken are always too dried n Hard to eat. Might not consider staying here again UNLESS breakfast improve their STANDARD
