Hotel Sunhill - Colombo

Spent 5 nights, overall the place is good for budget travelers, but is should need to re decorate and cleanliness is not so good. The hotel area is really accessible to all kind of services include shopping, nightlife. Also in the hotel can see the sea view of Colombo

2 days no room service. Give excuses staff didn't come to work because of train strike

Amazing!! Staff are very friendly, helpful, professional and smiley!

They have NO non smoking rooms. All their rooms are smoking rooms and leave a terrible stench in everything you wear while you are there. Terrible!! Why do they accept non smoking room bookings if they don't have any?
Only plus point was location.
The lady at the reception was helpful.

Pretty simple hotel not bad room.

Assigned me a smoking room although non smoking was booked. Gave me twin beds although large bed was requested. Didn't change sheets or towels next day. When i requested fresh towel they took my dirty towel stating they'll wash and bring it back which they never did. Only plus is the view from the rooms.

Welcoming and received good service from hotel staff.

Worst place ever. Place is so dirty. Sofa has cigarettes burns all over. MOLD on walls and especially in bathrooms. Sheets and towels are so stained your can’t even use them. We had to go and buy new towels for the two days. They would not give us a refund.

Hotel is disgusting. Didn't have the room i reserved. Was offered an "apartment" which was more of a roach motel. At midnight it is not the time to find a new room in a country on the other side of the world. I saw one of their regular rooms and it was nothing like the pictures on Orbitz web site. None of them, outside of the lobby and view from the street were real. There was no pool and it wasn't on the beach. There was a major highway and two railroad tracks to cross before water with no sand, just rocks. This was a very disappointing ending to ehat was an otherwise great international trip.

But they deducted from my credit card 227$
Irequested front office guy to deduct usd 402

オーシャンビューのとても素敵なホテルだが、チェックインに10分以上かかったのと、部屋の床が広範囲に濡れていたのでマイナス評価しました。
従業員の態度や部屋自体はとても良いです。

1. Klimaanlage lief Flüssigkeit runter
2. Toiletten sind verschimmelt
3. Wasser läuft von Toiletten in Zimmer
4. Festmontiert Fenster, Fenster sind sehr verschmutz
5. Zimmer stinkt
6. für Bügeleisen müssen Geld bezahlen
7. bestimmt Frühstücke muss mal wohl ein Tag vorbestellen und was man bekommt ist ein witz.
8.In der Hotel befindet sich ein Bar wo Frauen direkt zukommen und ansprechen ob wir für die ausgeben möchten. ( Die Trinken nur Johnnie Walker Black label)

كانت رائعة وزاد من روعتها الهدوء والبحر الجذاب

الغرفة نظيفة والاطلالة جميلة والطاقم بشوش و خدوم
ويوجد بار في الفندق لا انصح بالفندق للعوائل المسلمة

The hotel is ideal for bachelor's and can enjoy if they are interested in casino and bar near by rooms are ok

Nice and friendly staff, but the discomusic untill 05.30 in the morning was terrible. A bit out of city, but ok. Bring airplugs, ok priced

Hotel manager was duplicitous and unhelpful. Marginally competent and would be horrible to work for. Useless. A poor communicator. Made no sense half the time. Tried hard. Failed miserably.
