It smelt funny, the beds were rock hard. Walls paper thin and reception staff barely cracked a smile

Das Hotel, welches ehemals als 3-Sterne-Haus klassifiziert wurde, entspricht nach unserer Einschätzung nicht einmal mehr dem Standard eines 1-Sterne-Hotels. Die Sauberkeit war mangelhaft; bei unserer Ankunft fehlten Handtücher im Zimmer, für das zweite Bett gab es keine Decke und es war lediglich eine Seife sowie kein Shampoo vorhanden.
I'd like to highlight the reception staff: Khosrov—very attentive, polite, and helpful with some issues. Murat was also very responsive and helped with translation.
Хочу отметить персонал на ресепшен- Khosrov -очень внимательный, вежливый, помогал в решениях некоторых вопросах, а так же Murat -очень отзывчивый, помогал с переводом.
Poor soundproofing. Sometimes the cleaning wasn't great; I asked for toilet paper and not enough towels, but the receptionist helped resolve these issues.
Плохая звукоизоляция. Иногда clining не был хороший, сама просила туалетную бумагу, недостаточное количество полотенец, но персонас на ресепшен помогал решить эти проблемы.
