Pros:

Khách sạn gần hồ Xuân Hương, có chỗ đậu xe hơi, có ăn sáng (có thay đổi món giữa các ngày), khách sạn không gian chung rộng rãi tạo cảm giác thoải mái, dễ chịu cho du khách.

Cons:

Khách sạn chỉ cỡ 3 sao thôi. Tuy KS gần hồ nhưng view không nhìn ra được hồ, đi ngày thường buffet tới khoảng 7h45 là hết châm thêm đồ ăn (có thể do ít khách) nên nếu bạn xuống trễ sẽ có nhiều món hết đồ ăn.
Nhân viên nữ phụ trách quầy nước khu ăn sáng cần được đào tạo cách phản hồi với khách hàng: hỏi có sữa tươi để ăn với bánh ăn sáng không thì bảo hết rồi (trong khi giờ ăn sáng còn sớm và sữa là món rất bình thường), bình nước màu đỏ không có tên món (nên không biết nước gì) hỏi sao không có tên món bảo là mất bảng tên rồi! (trừ nhân viên này thôi, còn lại toàn bộ nhân viên ở KS đều tốt hết)

ngây trung tâm , lúc đầu mình vào đèn tolet bị chóp nháy thấy sợ qá gọi lễ tân cho người lên sữa đèn liền 1 phút 30 giấy , rất thích cách phục vụ o đây . dễ huông

Great location, clean and friendly staff with very limited English speaking. Breakfast offered a good variety of dishes

Pros:

房間不大，但還算舒適

Cons:

早餐多樣卻都不美味！看得出廚師不是很專業或是不認真，
我花了比較多的錢，選擇了四星的酒店，但是不管是早餐還是設施都讓我覺得不如住2星或1星的酒店，或許是我期待太高了，對這次的住宿有點失望，尤其是早餐，太失望了！

Disappointing Visit
Pros:

The hotel is a nice location and the breakfast spread was good and had lots of options. Hotel staff gave a room change and upgrade after I reported cockroaches being found which was appreciated.

Cons:

The room was on the smaller size and didn't match the pictures listed, the window was also facing a wall of an adjacent building. We found cockroaches in our room on our second night, 3 total were seen 2 were a few cms long but one was over an inch in length. Staff told us we were not able to extend our check out despite that being listed in the policy book found in the hotel rooms.

Het was oké met een aantal verbeterpunten.
Pros:

De locatie was prima

Cons:

Het personeel sprak erg slecht Engels. Hierdoor was het moeilijk om te communiceren. Wij verbleven 2 nachten en vroegen tussendoor om extra wc papier en schone handdoeken die wij niet kregen. Het hotel was ook erg verouderd.
