Disappointing Visit
Pros:

The hotel is a nice location and the breakfast spread was good and had lots of options. Hotel staff gave a room change and upgrade after I reported cockroaches being found which was appreciated.

Cons:

The room was on the smaller size and didn't match the pictures listed, the window was also facing a wall of an adjacent building. We found cockroaches in our room on our second night, 3 total were seen 2 were a few cms long but one was over an inch in length. Staff told us we were not able to extend our check out despite that being listed in the policy book found in the hotel rooms.

Het was oké met een aantal verbeterpunten.

De locatie was prima

Cons:

Het personeel sprak erg slecht Engels. Hierdoor was het moeilijk om te communiceren. Wij verbleven 2 nachten en vroegen tussendoor om extra wc papier en schone handdoeken die wij niet kregen. Het hotel was ook erg verouderd.

Good Hotel
Pros:

The room was cleaned everyday and beds were comfortable. Hotel near the lake and night market. Hired a motorbike from them to get around. Staff friendly, but had to use translator as English not spoken , but not a problem. Breakfast was quite alot , but not really catered for the English. Eggs were good but it needed a toaster .
