The location was very convenient for everything we wanted to do.
Pros:

The staff was incredible!!!! Every staff member that we interacted with was kind and thoughtful. The staff was the best thing about our stay. The kitchen staff was exceptional - providing a beautiful breakfast each morning, always very polite, and making sure your meal was a great experience.

Cons:

The room was very disappointing given the amount charged. I was there for three nights. The room was a suite - the front room was uncomfortable, dark, and the kitchenette dishes looked like they were scabbed together from a yard sale. I was really disappointed with the room.

It was extremely clean and comfortable! The breakfast was great and the staff were friendly! This has been the best experience I’ve had in a long while with a hotel! I will stay here again!

Great location, hearty breakfast
Pros:

The location was ideal for our concert at the JPJ Arena and lots of food options around. The room was huge, the bed was comfy, the breakfast buffet was delicious and hearty. The room was clean and the property was comfortable to walk around.

Cons:

The bathroom could use an update, and the seating in the living room was uncomfortable to lounge in too long.

Pros:

our favorite place to stay in Charlottesville....and excellent breakfast food and variety!
Really like quick in and out on Emmet Street.

Cons:

parking is always a bit crowded..... if you are a little late in check-in.

Overall a nice property but could’ve had some improvements for the price.
Pros:

The room and pool were nice. Breakfast options were great.

Cons:

We had dirty/stained comforters on our beds. The staff member when we checked in was rude and short with us.
