Clean, quiet, but disappointed over the pool closure without notice.

Clean, quiet, and friendly

Cons:

Paid for a room at this location in advance because they advertise a pool then after we checked in they told us the pool was shut down all week for maintenance. That was one of the only reasons we paid so much to stay.

It was a pleasure to spend 5 nights at this hotel, and I hope to return someday.
Pros:

The location was convenient. The room was clean and very quiet, despite the hotel being near a busy highway. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. The lobby was attractive, and I liked the English theme.

Cons:

No complaints!

Interesting & pleasant, good value, clean
Pros:

Loved the atmosphere/ decor! Breakfast was delicious & hot, and we loved the variety with extra options of cottage cheese, cooked cinnamon apples, and peaches. Beds were comfortable and clean. The shower had great water pressure & temperature. Bathroom Fan worked well. There were Plenty of linens. All was Quiet & comfortable most of the stay. Staff were nice & professional. Room location was great, space was adequate, and elevator & luggage cart worked well. Door unlocked easily. Curtains nice and dark. TV worked well.

Cons:

Someone tried getting into our room at 3 am and tried several times, which was alarming. It was probably another guest at the wrong door, but still surprising. I noticed there were security cameras in the hallways, so that made us feel better. We are glad we had the safety lock on. Also, the A/C kept turning off in the night, making us wake up several times. The bathroom floor was a tiny bit dirty around the edges, and there was some soap scum on shower floor. The eggs had a funny after-taste—not sure if they were real, but they seemed good. When booking the room, the good price of about $125 was given, but we ended up being charged $145. Which was unexpected. Pool sadly wasn’t open.

Pros:

O Hotel é antigo, estava tudo limpo porém o quarto tinha cheiro forte por causa do carpet. No mais estava tudo bem, café da manhã simples mas gostoso , típico americano.

The hotel was in general clean.

Cons:

The hotel had a strange smell, from heavy, bad-quality cleaning products. The fitness studio had no windows and no AC, so it was not possible to stay in there for more than a few minutes. The breakfast was very unhealthy with limited options.
