Unikatni design

Cons:

Vse bylo skvele, jidlo naprosty top. Ubytovani zaridilo i rudice na vyzvednuti z letiste nasi 7 clenne skupiny. Vse klapalo skveke. Personal na nas cekal, i kdyz jsme prijeli az po zaviraci dobe a dostali jsme veceri, kterou jsme si predem objednali. Toho si velice cenime. Vsem doporucuji tento skvely maly hotylek uprostred pevnosti v Galle.

Great location, loved the historic features.

The hotel was in a great location.
The room was comfortable, quiet and clean
We loved the historic features in the room combined with the modern facilities. .

Cons:

Although plenty of lights in the room, a brighter light to make it easier to read a book would have been good.

Lovely staff, comfy beds and amazing location
Pros:

The rooms are clean, really comfy beds and quirky- the kids LOVED the sleeping platform. Everything worked really well and the location inside the fort is amazing! Special mention to Sanjay who went out of this way to help us and the amazing fuseball lady who was such fun! (Sorry didn’t get her name!)

Cons:

Nothing really. The position of the toilets inside the room might not be to everyone’s taste but fine for a family

Good value to stay inside the Fort.
Pros:

The property location was very good and allowed us to just walk everywhere we needed. The room was nice. The breakfast was good as well.

Cons:

Getting to the room is a bit of a challenge but no too much of a hassle.

Pros:

Mi è molto piaciuto , camera un po' piccola ma accogliente , il wc era staccato dal lavandino e la doccia era in un'altra porta e le porte erano mezza aperte , ma bellissimo .

A reasonably priced family stay within the Dutch Fort
Pros:

This was a great stay for a short break in Galle. The location could not be more central, situated in the heart of the Dutch Fort. The hotel is clean and well maintained offering rustic charm. The staff gave a warm welcome and were very professional. Recommend dining at the restaurant Puppets, the breakfast fish curry is outstanding

Cons:

If staying in the family room, the Mezzanine room is not suitable for small children due to the stairs and low balcony

Alojamiento coqueto en Galle.
Ubicación excelente.
Desayuno de lo mejorcito de Sri Lanka.
Personal encantador.
Habitación bonita, pero tal vez pequeñita para una familia de 4 como nosotros.
Poco espacio para dejar los trastos. Pero hay que tener en cuenta el tipo de alojamiento que es,un hotel boutique con muchos años de historia.
Para pasar una noche más que suficiente.

Nous avons terminé notre voyage à Galle en beauté.
Pros:

Très calme, confortable, bien équipé et bien situé pour faire le tour de la ville fortifiée.
Petit déjeuner et dîner excellents.

Pros:

We wished we had stayed here another night.
Hotel was in great location, interesting place, a great slice of history.
We had to leave early 6.30am to catch our plane, they organised staff to come in early and prepare breakfast for us before we left.

Cons:

A bit of rain comes in on walkway to rooms but not an issue.

I highly recommend this accommodation for trips with female friends or trips with small children.
Pros:

The room was very cute and lovely. The approach to the room was also charming and enhanced the feeling of being on vacation. Breakfast was also wonderful. My daughter wasn't feeling well in the morning, but they were very kind and helpful.

Cons:

I had mentioned at check-in that I wanted to have breakfast early and received their permission, but this hadn't been passed on to the morning staff. When I spoke to the morning staff directly again, they responded quickly and with a smile, despite my unreasonable request.
