Gorgeous property in a fabulous location.
Pros:

Fabulous location inside the fort. Cute and clean. Staff were very helpful and the bed was comfortable. Great shower pressure.

Unique and beautiful rooms, location was great. Traditional Sri Lankan breakfast was delicious. Staff were friendly and very accommodating.

Great two nights in a characterful hotel in the heart of Galle fort.
Pros:

The location of the hotel with Galle fort is excellent, easy walk to the shops and the main tourist attractions. It’s within the fort and full of character with lots of puppets hanging on the wall, which gives it a memorable quirkiness. The highlight, however is the staff, who are wonderful, really fun and friendly and clearly get on well with one another. There’s a good atmosphere within the hotel and we really enjoyed our stay.

Pros:

Es un pequeño hotel, especial por su decoración romántica y original. Nuestra habitación tenia dos niveles y los niños quedaron encantados. Las camas son cómodas y el personal es muy amable. El desayuno era completamente personalizable y se adaptaron a nuestra dieta sin gluten. Bien ubicado para visitar la zona turística de Galle.

Amazing place
Pros:

I loved my stay at this little hotel. I was expecting a very tiny room (the single room), but to be fair it was a bit bigger than I expected.
The room was super clean, simple but had everything I needed including air con and fan.
Special mention to the staff, everyone was friendly and incredibly helpful, they really made my stay special.
Breakfast is fantastic!

Cons:

The only thing to flag is that the windows face a balcony, not the outside, so you don't really get a view.
And the toilet was only separated to the rest of the room by a small wall - so if you need maximum privacy that's something to consider.
But for staying in Galle 2-3 days it was just perfect!

Nice place
Pros:

Great location. Nice room. Breakfast was great. Staff was helpful. Room had water, tea and coffee and electric kettle. The restaurant Puppets is a great option for meals.

Cons:

Mostly everything was great though it did get loud during the day.
