Pros:

Bardzo miły i pomocny personel. Generalnie czysty hotel. Byłam raptem jedną noc w podróży służbowej i nie miałam możliwości skożystać z dostępnych atrakcji ale widziałam że było ich wiele. Smaczne śniadanie, bogaty wybór.

W moim pokoju woda w łazience była żółtawa i bardzo nieprzyjemnie pachniała.

Ich bin bereits das 4. oder 5. Mal mit meiner Tochter, 8 Jahre alt bei Ihnen gewesen, und es war mit Abstand der schlechteste Aufenthalt.
Entgegen der Aussage bei booking.com, dass der Park Wodny 7 Tage die Woche geöffnet ist, ist er nur noch an 3 Tagen geöffnet. Zu dieser Jahreszeit ein Hauptgrund Ihr Hotel zu buchen. Zudem ist der Park Wodny im Gegensatz zu den letzten Aufenthalten nur noch bis 18:00 Uhr geöffnet. 2 von den 4 Rutschen waren gesperrt, das Sportbecken war gesperrt.
Zum Frühstück gab es im Gegensatz zu früher kein Obst, dafür jeden Tag Kuchen, gleichwohl möchte ich mich morgens gerne gesund und ohne Zucker ernähren. Marmelade gab es an den ersten Tagen keine, ebenfalls keinen Honig. Honig habe ich an den letzten Tagen nur jeden Morgen auf Nachfrage bekommen. Für mich ist ein morgendlicher Tee mit Honig im Urlaub ein Muss.
Ebenso möchte ich anregen beim Frühstück auf den steigenden Badarf von Vegetariern bzw. Vertaneren Rücksicht zu nehmen. Oft gab es Rührei, aber leider mit Wurst. Warum? Man könnte auch einen Teil ohne Wurst anbieten.
Mittwoch wurde angefangen die Badezimmer in den Räumen unter uns zu renovieren, ohne Vorwarnung und ohne uns vorher in ein anderes Zimmer zu verlegen. Die Arbeiten waren sehr laut und gingen bis ca. 19:30 Uhr. Von den drei uns erst auf Nachfrage angebotenen Zimmern war im ersten das Bett nicht gemacht, im zweiten die Matratze durchgelegen, das dritte wollte meine Tochter nicht.

Bardzo udany wyjazd Noworoczny.
