Good location and breakfast. Bed was comfortable.
I asked the staff if we could get another room, because the tub had brown stains in it and I showed them pictures. They said they had no other rooms available. There was also a picture sitting on the desk with a note from the cleaning staff that it was missing the glass ( but no one took care it). Also, there was another décor piece on the wall that was broken. I felt like for $200 a night, it should be in better shape. Mostly disappointed that I couldn't get another room and the price was too high for what you get.
Staff when we checked in was awesome they handled the situation of our booking.com didnt make it to there system they ended up having some cancelations and immediately got us a room

The pool was out of order, we were disappointed from that stand point.
Everything was adequate. Breakfast was good with enough items for everyone to choose from. The biggest disappointment was that the pool was closed. After a long day in the car our 10 year old grandson was anxious to go swimming so no pool was a disappointment
The staff was friendly and went beyond what’s expected when I asked for help to celebrate my husband on our anniversary. Property was nice and clean and it was an overall pleasant visit.

It was very clean and comfortable
The heating cooling system (especially the unit on the wall) was so loud. The attendant practically stated it was an irritant only (in other words he gaslit me) and offered ear plugs.
Staff was amazing good location my only bitch was the bed was horrible
