When we checked in the clerk at the front desk said we would get maid service every other day, but we did not get any
kind of maid service.

Facility was good, but the room didn’t give my any desire to return. Props for being pet friendly,

Meh. It’s the standard lousy breakfast.

Cons:

I couldn’t believe that the room on a bottom floor didn’t have curtains that would close. Four feet of window remained open to the sun or anyone who wished to look in. That was a huge fail.
Thanks for being pet friendly, but 75.00 per night? Come on….

Mostly it was an excellent stay. The only thing I was not happy about was not having more TV channel options.
Pros:

Clean. Free breakfast. Friendly staff.

Very few TV channels to choose from in the room.

Pros:

Breakfast was great. A lot of choices and fresh. Clean rooms. Easy to get to from freeway.

Cons:

Beds were a bit hard, and blinds didn't darken the room well.

Main complaint: The battery on our door lock went dead and we couldn't get into our room. Clerk tried to help, but had no way of getting in our room.
No one from maintenance was available and there wasn't any way to get our personal items. It took 3 hours for them to resolve the issue. Only got a "sorry for the inconvenience " from staff and in the text survey reply when we were asked to rate our experience.
