Pros:

We arrived in the morning and the room was ready all staffs were very friendly.
Good and clean room very good breakfast .
We stayed for 2 days.

Pros:

The Hotel was getting renovated when I arrived and my room was freshly painted with a horrible smell, indicating a very toxic paint. When I demanded a new room I was being told first someone will add more air freshener beats. Without saying much, I think they read my facial expression and moved me to a different room. The room was nice and clean and the hotel had a good breakfast buffet. Sad that they messed up a nice hotel and good service with cheap, toxic paint to save a few bucks...

Pros:

Stay was good. Staff was courteous. Vat Bill not issued as payment is directly made to hotel.com and not to hotel directly. This is problem for government personnel to get reimbursement from their office.

Great location, good hotel
Pros:

Hotel location could not be better. 5 mins walk to the city centre shopping mall. Plenty choices for good food. Hotel management was very accommodating by extending our checkout time by a couple of hours and offering a room to freshen up before our flight.

Nice, comfortable stay
Pros:

Stayed here for two nights with family. Suite room was quite spacious and comfortable. Excellent service and great location. Within a few minutes walk to the City centre shopping mall and plenty of options for food.

nice hotel close to the city centre mall
Pros:

stayed there for 3 nights and found it be a very clean and nice hotel. A special thanks to Phurba who is exceptionally good and helped with the change of rooms. A special thanks for Jia ul Haq, who was always on hand to help, Tej the manager who had a lot of time for us and Kirti in accounts who helped with getting small denomination notes!!
Very good breakfast staff who went out of the way to help.

Convenient location
Pros:

Good, except bathroom was small. We had 2 rooms, bathroom in the 2ND room was tiny. Water flow was very bad for both bathrooms, flooded the floor after shower.

Comfortable hotel with very friendly staff
Pros:

The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly with good hospitality. Free WiFi connection was available without any problems during my stay. Since this hotel is pretty new, some facilities such as a gym is not always ready to use.
