Booking was still confirmed by the hotel management they said they gave a call to confirm but when checked I didn't received the phone and they simply said your booking is not confirmed when I arrived at 11:30 pm

Hotel is good but need to maintain cleanness and staff attitude was not so friendly to the customer.
Pros:

This property is near to Pune railway station I suggest to the traveler who travel for work or official visit can stay here. Not good for family stay.

Rooms are really different from the pictures, blood stains on the mattress and pillows are used by other guest. Disgusting rooms and not even stay a hour in this hotel. Cockroaches are in the mattress, unhygienic bedcover and duvet. Please take this comment very seriously, dont waste your money. I am posting some pictures for the proof. Think before you choose the rooms, the other positive reviews seem like fake.

Pros:

Really bad experience. The staff is really horrible and honestly not worthy. The guys sitting at the front desk do not listen. Asked for room cleaning and tea kit 2 time's but nothing was done. Even though they charge 2400 per day a water of 20 is not provided with. The guard athe gates sleeps during the early hours around 5.20 AM and u have to wake him up to ask to open the gates to catch the flight. No bills are provided even though you ask for it. Horrible.

Pros:

NO BREAKFAST after paying huge amount. NO HOTWATER in bathroom in the evening. Bathroom Window dont have mosquito net. One has to ask for door mats
