Uf you want to ruin you trip stay here, never seen a dirty and smelly hotel more than this, and they claimed 3 star hotel, lol, no gym no pool. Pathetic. Only the guy on front desk in night shift was very friendly. I wasted my money.

The smell of the hotel and elevator is so smelly , room so dusty and full of bed bugs , AC is so noisy at night , very difficult to find parking around the area . Toilet towels are worn out. This hotel is only for African traders who are coming for shopping

This is more than 50 years old hotel without renovation,Terrible hotel ,if u travel from Europe do not expect a 3 star hotel ,it’s not even 1 star .hostels are much better than this hotel .Dirty bathroom ,poor room service ,I stay 4 days only 1 time room cleaning and bed cover never changed only tidy up ,towels changed their colours from white to gray due to age of towels .window is hardly slidable but can’t close the window properly ,I do not recommend this hotel to anyone ,u could find better one at same price little bit far from market .Do not ruined your trip .I am very happy with Hotels.com because I contacted them at 4 o’clock midnight and they reply, complain about the situation and they try to refund me but base on hotel policy I couldn’t get my refund finally they offer me 1 night cost of stay as credit in my app .

Very rude and unprofessional staff, bed sheets were filthy, broken door to the balcony, have been approached in the middle of the night and offered sex, phone didn't work, had to leave after first night, requested a refund for not staying there and they refused. Lost money, had a scary experience, don't go to this hotel!

The room is not clean, no mattress &pillow protector, bathroom is old , rusty in the bath and sink. I called reception to bring towels and they never did. I will not recommend.
