Dear Batiqa Lampung Management,
I am writing this message with the intention of supporting improvements in cleanliness, service, and ultimately helping to preserve guest trust in Batiqa.
I recently stayed at your hotel for 4 days and 3 nights during a business trip. This was actually my second stay. the first one was around a year ago, during which I experienced some issues but still considered them tolerable.
However, to my surprise, this second visit was extremely disappointing due to multiple unresolved issues and what appeared to be a lack of goodwill from your staff. I am now compelled to raise these points publicly through Tripadvisor in hopes they will be taken seriously and addressed properly.
Here are the key concerns:
1. On both my second and third nights, my towel and bathmat were not replaced. The used towel was simply rehung, and the damp bathmat was folded to look new. Even the toothbrush was not replenished. I paid the same room rate each night and expected consistent service and amenities. I had to call reception twice to report this, yet nothing changed which left me wondering: was the previous report not taken seriously?
2. The electricity in my room went out three times for no clear reason. This disrupted my activities and should not occur in a business-standard hotel.
3. During breakfast, I found a cockroach in my food. I immediately informed the restaurant greeter, but after 15 minutes of waiting, no one came to explain or offer a replacement. I later saw the staff member busy preparing juice for other guests clearly, this incident was not treated with the urgency or seriousness it required. I was left questioning the hygiene and safety standards in your kitchen.
4. The final incident that pushed me to write this review occurred when I tried to express all of the above concerns directly to the MOD (Manager on Duty). I approached the reception and asked to speak with the manager, but was rejected, repeatedly despite clearly stating I had important feedback to share. When I finally said I would express it through Tripadvisor, the receptionist suddenly pointed out that the manager was already there the whole time just standing silently without coming forward.
This entire experience left me truly disappointed. I had expected far better from Batiqa, especially as a returning guest.
I hope you take this feedback seriously not only to improve your internal processes but also to uphold the trust and expectations of future guests.

I was very impressed staying for 4 days 3 nights at Hotel Batiqa Lampung, all the room services, breakfast and facilities were very good so I was happy to be able to stay here again after staying for 2 weeks last May. Thank you to Mr. Hady and Mr. Thomas for the excellent service.
We needed a place in Bandar Lampung that was large enough to have a dining table and a spot to use for card games. The space and view were amazing and to top it off there was a second toilet area! We did have some room service food as well as some glasses and an ice bucket brought up. Everything was timely and the staff was wonderful. Originally, we wanted a pool onsite but chose this property due to the size of the suite. We will return, at some point in the future.
The pillows were very soft, and the room was very comfortable for the two of us. The service was prompt, satisfying our sweet time. Beautiful, elegant and very neat bathroom. The atmosphere is so pleasant and we were both very comfortable staying two nights here.
So comfortable and have best view,and also have good service of staff batiqa hotel and I like the breakfast menu that's have good taste and many options to choose salad,then I like the sauce of the salad. .............................. ..
Room was better compared to the one I stayed in Swissbel Hotel. From the interior looks, I knew that Baltiqa is newer and better. However since this hotel is quite a small one, the food choices provided during breakfast is quite limited.
Price so expensive stay 2 night cost 3.275.000, it is suppose 4 stars service but the fact it only two stars hotel, also no swimming pool
The hotel is quite new. And good job for the non-smoking! Room and toilet is clean. Bed is very comfortable. Breakfast with limited choices for me (perhaps I’m a little bit choosy). There is a mosque opposite of the hotel, light sleeper might need to know this.

Suite room service is the same with Deluxe Room, thus nothing difference except the room size. No bath towels in the room until 16.00, they said the towel have just return from laundry at that time. Funny indeed....Wifi is quite slow...
