Hotel Palma Royale

This was a lovely hotel, we are glad we stayed here. The hotel is based towards to south part of Bocas town, within 10 mins walk of the main area where all the restaurants and bars start, along with the public water taxi pier. Staff are super friendly and helpful, and made our stay an excellent experience. Highly recommend. 10/10.

Super spacious, quiet, clean and cool apartment. Truly an oasis from the heat and bustle of town. Loved having filtered water available + great AC. Reception staff was professional, friendly and kind. Highly recommend!

Great place that is clean and down the street from most of the nightlife. I enjoyed the AC and cable and mini fridge.

This hotel was amazing and truly a gem in the area. It’s a little further from the main area but I enjoyed that aspect and there’s a dock right across to catch a water taxi. Very convenient. The front desk staff was so attentive and nice. Suli was especially kind to us! I would definitely stay here again!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the Palma Royale. We found the suite very spacious and great for all of our needs. We especially enjoyed the wrap around porch where we were able to take in amazing views of the water. The front desk staff were all accommodating and happy to help us with anything we needed. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Beautiful and spacious roo with kitchen. Well stocked. We loved it. The restaurant was not functioning , but they arranged free breakfast about a block up the road. Sasha and Zabay at the front desk were excellent.

Our accomodations were very comfortable. The cleaning staff were extremely efficient. And the desk staff, they were so kind and helpfull that we wanted to stay a lot longer.

The Palma Royale is across the street from the ferry and within a five minute walk to everything Bocas has to offer. The staff is fantastic and the room was comfortable and very clean. The entire town is noisy during the day and some of the town is noisy at night. Palma Royale is quiet and comfortable when the sun sets.

Loved the quick access to the dock for excursions. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room had a great view of the water and dock where the ferry comes in. Patio was a nice spot to relax after a day of adventures. Room was kept clean and always felt safe. Hotel is located a bit away from the majority of activities and restaurants, but only a short walk to be in it all. Would stay here again.

The hotel is great, big rooms, big bathroom and comfy beds and pillows. Breakfast was great. We had issues with the internet, signal was poor but the mentioned it was because the heavy rain in the mountains. The hotel is just in front of one of the piers to take tours to other islands.

Ground floor room was musty but OK. Sadly, left a mobile phone case, with some emergency cash on a table, rather than in the safe, went on a day trip and it was gone on my return... Staff said they would ask, but little interested.

The staff were friendly and nice
