Food bills have to be paid and not included in the Master Bill. Took food,
And after an hour when I was sleeping approximately after 10.30 in the room the phone got a call that the person is ou
tside the door to settle the dining bill. Told them that it's not a time to call as I am sleeping and I shall settle it in the morning, but they insisted to settle it. However I had settled it It's really an embarrassment as a guest. .
The floor of the room was very dirty. I asked for a cleaning, but no one came. I asked to turn on the television, but no one came to fix it. The facilities were very poor. Noise from the outside station was coming into the room, disturbed my sleep.
Location should be changed to improve the atmosphere.
Staying at Hotel Le Roi Jammu is a waste of money and time. If visitors does not want to waste money then I strongly advise them not to make booking in this hotel.
There was Nothing to like about this property
The stuff, cleaningless, the floor in room was sticky, the wall of the room had mold everywhere, the bed sheets and comforter and pillows smelled like pee.
The bathroom toilet flush was broken , there was an hole on the ceiling ,
On booking.com there was parking and breakfast included in the price and once we reached there we were told that there is no parking and no breakfast, its not that we would the breakfast .
We arrived at the hotel at 12am and it was very late for to find another hotel.
We didn’t even sleep at night, I requested two more towels and we just sat on the towels all night and we left the hotel at 7am
For booking.com reference I have several pictures also taken which I can share them on the on line.
Hotel was very close to the railway station, hotel staff were very cooperative.
One day I had issue with hot water but latter on they resolved the issues.
The hotel was very good. The location is prominent and very easy to locate. The staff was very wonderful. The rooftop is prominent.

Visited for a meal. Cleanliness and maintenance is almost nil. Infrastructure is good enough but shows lack of supervision and maintenance due to the fact that it is bang on Jammu Railway Station. Only good for a quick beer and snacks if you happen to be on the railway station.
This was very burst experience I had in Hotel some of the staff members behave very rudely with my fiancé and also abuse her while she were asking for her personal things that's belongs to our rooms so kindly revert us or refund us due to this reason we did not checked in into the hotel so kindly do restricted action on staff as soon as possible

Bedding and sheets not clean and old
Location is good, food is very decent and has all required facilities. Restaurant and bar staff are very good.
The washroom was not good with damaged plumbing. Met 3 different people at the reception during my stay. Since they are in the hospitality industry, everyone should be a little more hospitable towards guests.
WE stayed for one day at this hotel and our main complaint is that from the Two towels that were given to us, one was TORN
They need to make sure this does not happen again as this was a bad experience for us. Everything else was okay and fine in the room.
My stay at Le Roi was excellent and truly hassle-free. I had accidentally made a booking for 13th May instead of 13th April on MakeMyTrip. Since the booking was non-refundable, it was a bit stressful at first. However, the hotel staff, especially Mr. Rajesh, coordinated with MakeMyTrip and arranged a room for me against the same booking date, which was a big relief.
There was a bit of difficulty due to the non-refundable nature of the original booking, but the support from Mr. Sharma (General Manager) was truly commendable. He ensured everything was handled smoothly.
Thanks to the helpful and cooperative staff, my overall experience was excellent. Highly recommended!
