Good location to playa chica and playa grande . Nice pool . Friendly staff .

Cons:

We always arrive at the hotel fairly tired around 11 am . Cannot access our rooms until 2 pm or later . I would love to be given our room earlier .

OK for a short break on a lads holiday, make sure you don't leave anything behind it will disappear
Pros:

The hotel was dated but was value for money,a group of mates out for a bit of winter sun, the staff where very friendly and helpful, bar staff where lovely and always smiling so was the receptionists, like I stated the hotel could do with an update 100% keep the lovely staff they have there, but one thing spoilt my stay was the dishonesty of the people cleaning/ maintaining the rooms.

Cons:

However, I left a pair of expensive earphones in my room when I left the hotel, but when I called to ask them if they could put them to one side for me and I will collect them the following month when I visit Lanzarote again, I was told there was no earphones in the room, that I know 100% where I left there, even knew where I left them in the room but sadly they weren't seen again, this spoilt my experience in the hotel due to this type of dishonesty and sadly tarnished the hotel for me for future stays.
