I had a wonderful stay! The staff were friendly, and always happy to help (Joseph, Victor and Thiago made our stay welcoming. The hotel arranged a great private driver (Lucas) who made our experience safe and fun to Grumari beach). The hotel location was conveniently next to the beach. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Tres mal insonorisé - les vitres sont en simple vitrage. De ce fait on entend énormément l’es climatisateurs accroché dehors à l’extérieur des chambres . Si le voisinage est bruyant , le bruit résonne énormément et représente une vrai nuisance. La porte séparant la salle de bain et la douche est coulissante , il y a un jour énorme entre la porte et la cloison ( on peut passer tous les doigts ) , bonjour l’intimité…. A déconseiller pour un couple en voyage de noce

コパカバーナビーチからとても近く素晴らしいロケーションにあります。新しいホテルなのか部屋もおしゃれで清潔感がありました。朝ごはんのビュッフェはとても美味しくて毎日行っても飽きません。また、宿泊者が利用できるジムはとても本格的で無料で利用できるのがよかったです。スタッフも親切でおすすめのホテルです！
The staff is AMAZING! They went above and beyond to assist me with booking a room. They allowed me to view a room to issue it did not have mold (a common issue near the beach). They assisted me with making sure I got the best room rate possible. The amenities are amazing. The views from the pool are great! The breakfast was delish each morning and the staff was so friendly and helpful. Hey have 24/7 staff at front desk. I liked the intimate style of the hotel, like a boutique hotel. Only about 4 rooms on each floor and you can only access your floor and the common area floors. The staff was always ready and willing to help. They spoke great English!
Front desk amzing
A beautiful hotel in a great location only 1 street away from the copacabana. Our stay was very pleasant and the staff made it even more special. The front desk staff was very helpful all the time, the restaurant staff was even better. Lovely breakfast and dinner. Only 2 negative things were not having free deinking water in the room and when we were there they had some construction going on next door from 8am everyday.
