Cons:

Tres mal insonorisé - les vitres sont en simple vitrage. De ce fait on entend énormément l’es climatisateurs accroché dehors à l’extérieur des chambres . Si le voisinage est bruyant , le bruit résonne énormément et représente une vrai nuisance. La porte séparant la salle de bain et la douche est coulissante , il y a un jour énorme entre la porte et la cloison ( on peut passer tous les doigts ) , bonjour l’intimité…. A déconseiller pour un couple en voyage de noce

Pros:

Funcionários nota 10, super educados e atenciosos com a segurança dos hóspedes.
Todas as vezes que saia para pegar Uber acompanhavam até o carro.

コパカバーナビーチからとても近く素晴らしいロケーションにあります。新しいホテルなのか部屋もおしゃれで清潔感がありました。朝ごはんのビュッフェはとても美味しくて毎日行っても飽きません。また、宿泊者が利用できるジムはとても本格的で無料で利用できるのがよかったです。スタッフも親切でおすすめのホテルです！

Lovely location and amazing staff
Pros:

A beautiful hotel in a great location only 1 street away from the copacabana. Our stay was very pleasant and the staff made it even more special. The front desk staff was very helpful all the time, the restaurant staff was even better. Lovely breakfast and dinner. Only 2 negative things were not having free deinking water in the room and when we were there they had some construction going on next door from 8am everyday.

The staff here are more than perfect.
If 'Customer service excellence' was a book the staff here would be the authors...
Victor was amazing and everynbody he handed over to at the concierge.
Love the pool, the rooms and the breakfast but the staff in here stole the show. 👍

Cons:

I loved everything but a complimentary bottle of water for your stay shouldn't be too much. The premium water can stay in th minibar

Pros:

The staff very friendly and helpful. Amazing variety of food for Brekky., amazing view at Brekky for sunrise.

We had staff assist us getting a new SIM card from a shop fown the road, helped set it up for us with it being in Brazil Portuguese language.

On our 2nd stay at the hotel the staff gave us a free room upgrade, which was a really amazing touch.

On our final day we was able to store our luggage for free, take a shower before leaving for the airport.
