Limpeza do quarto, no primeiro dia esqueceram de colocar toalhas, cheguei tarde da noite e tive que esperar pra receber toalhas e quando recebi as toalhas estavam com cheiro de mal lavada. Nunca trocaram o lixo do banheiro, fiquei 3 dias com o mesmo lixo.
O terraço é minúsculo, não esperem usar a piscina com tranquilidade, muito apertado.

Hermoso hotel, atención a mejorar
Pros:

El hotel es hermoso, la ubicación prácticamente perfecta. El desayuno muy completo y rico y las instalaciones en general estaban muy bien y limpio todo.

Cons:

La atención dejó bastante que desear. Nadie era simpático y no resolvían absolutamente nada de lo que se les pedía (cosas completamente normales como un acolchado, que previamente teníamos y la gente de limpieza se llevó o un cuchillo que tuvimos que ir nosotros a buscar al comedor cerrado). No había proactividad ni ganas de resolver.

A great place. The staff is super friendly and always attentive. The atmosphere is very quiet, perfect for relaxing as it wasn't overcrowded with other guests. Plus, it has an unbeatable location, close to many places of interest.

Pros:

5* based upon the service of Victor at the hotel. One of the best members of hotel staff I have ever come across. So helpful and supportive. If we were to come back to Brazil would stay here again because of Victor. Good guy.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

Staff upgraded us upon arrival. Breakfast offered many options. Location is great for beach access.

Cons:

Just after midnight of our last night's stay, the mini split A/C started dripping water onto our heads and woke me up.
Staff gave us another room to sleep in and the next morning, we moved all our stuff from 1202 to 1403. This was a bit of a nuisance, but staff made the best of it and also allowed us late checkout with no charge.

Pros:

La ubicación, el desayuno (no puedo recordar el nombre del señor tan amable en el desayuno!!). Las habitaciones son divinas, fui dos fines de semana seguido. El hotel es un lujo. El personal atiende muy correcto. Sacando al señor del desayuno que se destaca por simpatía y calidez!!! Es genial y no masivo como el hotel que está al frente.

Cons:

No tengo no, todo estuvo bien!
Recomiendo habitación superior. Cambia hasta la calidad del secador de pelo. Si pueden pagarlo háganlo.

No subo fotos porque en todas están mis niñas pero desde la pisicina hay vista a la playa. La pisicina es fría (para el invierno)
