Le personnel etait parfait et la chambre etait super, moderne et confortable.
Rien tout etait parfait
Emplacement idéal à Copacabana, à seulement 1 min de la plage et entouré de nombreux magasins et restaurants. L’hôtel est propre, moderne, et le personnel est vraiment aux petits soins, toujours disponible et chaleureux.
Belle vue depuis le restaurant où est servi le petit‑déjeuner, et cadre agréable sur le rooftop avec piscine — parfait pour rejoindre les copains autour d’une Caïpi, même si l’espace reste un peu réduit.
Petit‑déjeuner varié, avec du choix qui change chaque jour.
L’établissement pourrait gagner en démarche éco‑responsable : les serviettes et les produits de toilette étaient remplacés quotidiennement, même lorsque ce n’était pas nécessaire.
La douche mériterait également une amélioration : manque de pression et l’eau coule dans tous les sens.
Enfin, certains produits du petit‑déjeuner gagneraient à être de meilleure qualité.

Nos pusimos malos y quisimos hacer el late check out a hasta las 14:00 para poder ir al aeropuerto, pero nos dijeron que era hasta las 18:00 e independientemente de a qué hora nos fuéramos teníamos que pagar todas esas horas .

Solicitei uma fatura na recepção e depois várias vezes por e-mail. Disseram que a enviariam, mas nunca o fizeram. Que falta de profissionalismo!

noisy, dirty, deposit box didn't work, shower didn't work, automatic light very strong and impossible to switch it off, information about what to pay in the minibar (water, coffee) didn't exist....
