Flott hotell med sørvisinstillte ansatte
Pros:

Det ligger ikke rett foran stranden, men like ved. Resepsjonsområdet var svalt og luktet godt. Resepsjonistene var alltid hyggelig og høflig. Å komme opp i frokostsalen var som å komme i en verden som åpnet seg, med flott utsikt over deler av byen, og godt utvalg.

Cons:

Man kan låne strykejern i resepsjonen, men det virker ikke som de har strykebrett.

Great comfortable stay.
Pros:

The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful particularly the female staff member who greeted us on arrival. She also organised for hot water to be delivered to our room for a cup of tea, provided us with a poncho when it started raining and advised us on facilities close by. A good buffet breakfast was provided, attended by excellent staff. Loved the rain shower head, excellent water pressure. Balcony room was comfortable. Hotel is in a great location, close to Copacabana beach and a variety of shops.

Cons:

The rooftop pool area is small but has great views of the beach. Not able to utilise balcony due to the rain (but that's not the hotel's fault!).

Pros:

A limpeza e o profissionalismo da senhora que limpa os quartos.

Hotel is overrated and personally i would not go back. I don't think it reflects 4* standard.
Pros:

Location is great, its literally couple of steps from Copacabana beach. I was lucky to have a nice view to the beach directly. Breakfast was decent - I liked the fresh fruits and the choice was correct. Nice view out of the breakfast room as well.

Cons:

We have arrived to the hotel at 5am after a very long journey and even though i have requested early check in (i understand this depends on hotel availability), they have therefore let us wait until 2pm. My room was very noisy - noise coming from the bad isolation in the bathroom. I had a feeling there was unpleasant smell all over the hotel - might be from the humidity. Hotel has no gym, they work with the gym next door, however it's open 10am to 1pm on weekends! That's not convenient at all.

Cons:

Las habitaciones bastante chicas y encima te cobran el chocolate y los frutos secos. No ponen precio por ningún lado y encima muchos hoteles te lo ponen de cortesía

Esperava algo muito melhor devido o preço e a marca.

Limpeza do quarto, no primeiro dia esqueceram de colocar toalhas, cheguei tarde da noite e tive que esperar pra receber toalhas e quando recebi as toalhas estavam com cheiro de mal lavada. Nunca trocaram o lixo do banheiro, fiquei 3 dias com o mesmo lixo.
O terraço é minúsculo, não esperem usar a piscina com tranquilidade, muito apertado.
