it was "so fantastic stay" that we left after one night even we prepaid two nights.

noisy, dirty, deposit box didn't work, shower didn't work, automatic light very strong and impossible to switch it off, information about what to pay in the minibar (water, coffee) didn't exist....

Ich war enttäuscht, würde das Hotel nicht empfehlen und auch nicht wiederkommen

Die Betten waren sehr bequem

Das Internet war schlecht (langsam), das Zimmer unpraktisch, kein Handtuchhalter etc...kein Wasserkocher, das Frühstück ohne Rafinesse, kein Joghurt und das für ein 4-Sternerestaurant. Es ist einfach eine Abfertigung.. Schade, dass selbst in solchen Hotels kein besonderer Service mehr ist

El hotel me parecio muy malo, precio demasiado caro por lo que es.
El servicio es muy malo, es mas, al llegar le consulte al personal de la entrada si podia estacionar y me indicaron que estacione en la puerta sobre el cordon amarillo donde esta prohibido. La vista de la ciudad es espantosa, solo se ven edificios deteriorados, el hotel esta muy poco cuidado

Me gustó que la habitación era cálida.

Cons:

No me gustó que las ventanas que daban a la calle no tuvieran buena aislación del ruido de la calle. Y que el asensor le hace falta mantención.

Um bom lugar para se hospedar em Copacabana
Pros:

O hotel é muito confortável, quarto amplo, banho bom, funcionários cordiais. Almocei no hotel e a comida é boa.
Próximo da praia e de supermercados, farmácias cafés, bares e restaurantes.

Hotel novo, cama confortável, localização excelente, café da manhã maravilhoso. Funcionários super simpáticos. Como era meu aniversário, o recepcionista Victor me presenteou com um upgrade de quarto que fez muita diferença em minha estadia.

Kleines Hotel in guter Lage.
Pros:

Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Copacabana. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Frühstücksraum mit toller Aussicht.

Cons:

Lieder war der Safe defekt und konnte auch während des Aufenthaltes nicht repariert werden. Leider war das Frühstück nicht so gut. Kaffee war ungenießbar und Frühstück selbst eher durchschnittlich.
Fenster sind nur einfachverglast, so dass der Straßenlärm fast ungefiltert ins Zimmer kommt. Zimmer sind recht klein.

Kiváló lokáció, nagyon kedves személyzet, jó reggeli, de kicsi és sötét szoba.
Pros:

A reggeli változatos volt, és elegendő. A személyzet mindegyik tagja nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt, tulajdonképpen ez kompenzálta a szálloda egyéb hiányosságait.

Cons:

A szoba és a fürdőszoba is kicsi volt és sötét. Az ablak az előttünk lévő másik szállodára nézett. A ruháknak alig volt hely a szekrényben. A wc kétszer is eldugult.
