Refaccionado y con buena ubicación
Pros:

El hotel está bien ubicado, a una cuadra de la playa. La habitación esta nueva y bien reformada, faltó un poco de limpieza. Camas comodas. La terraza con la pileta y el desayunador son muy bonitas

Cons:

El personal poco amable, el desayuno un poco basico aunque de buena calidad, poca variedad.
En la habitación no hay calentador de agua y el cafe te lo cobran… en ningun hotel de 4 estrellas te cobran el cafe o el te.

It’s maybe the location but that’s it

Cons:

It’s pretending to be a 5 star it’s just a 3 star
I felt really ripped off, no value for money what so ever very overpriced
for the remaining days in Rio I checked in a hotel around the corner where you get the service and facilities that you expect for less
Will not be using booking any more unless I have been in the hotel myself
They not doing their due diligence and giving false ratings

A equipe é muuuito gentil desde o início, principalmente uma senhora da recepção, a qual não me recordo o nome, infelizmente. A decoração é muito legal, o café da manhã é espetacular, assim como a área a piscina. Camas confortáveis e ótimo isolamento acústico das janelas.

Cons:

O quarto que fiquei é muuuuito estreito para 2 pessoas. Achei o banheiro é muuuito estreito e com a privacidade muuuito ruim, a porta é de vidro, ou seja, dá pra escutar tudo o que a outra pessoa está fazendo lá dentro, sem contar que não tem ventilação natural, mas sim um exaustor capenga. Parece que foi um hotel que foi feito para otimizar o máximo de espaço possível, para ter mais quartos, mais lucro, mas abriu mão do conforto dos hóspedes.
Não gostei de que deixaram expostos café, chocolate e água, o qual achei que fossem ítens de cortesia, mas desconfiei e vi que tinha um QRCode discreto, com um pdf. enorme e os respectivos valores absurdos listados no final. Por favor, deixem os valores de cobrança mais evidentes.
