The location is perfectly situated for access to Copacabana beach and for public transport. The hotel staff are very friendly and made us feel welcome. We enjoyed a free room upgrade and the corner room was spacious. The included breakfast was good and the restaurant has a great view.
Partly because of the location and partly because of the lack of carpets in the hotel, it can be quite noisy… the windows do not muffle the street noise and guests and cleaners can be heard in neighbouring rooms and in the lift lobby as the sounds carry throughout the building. The cleaners ignored the do not disturb sign on several occasions. I found it strange that the hotel does not provide any complimentary water in the room (the water that is on offer at breakfast seems to be tap water and tastes of mould).

I stayed here for a couple of nights and overall had a really good experience. The room I ended up staying in was spacious, clean, had great airflow, and a beautiful view of the beach. The hotel itself is well-maintained, and everything felt very clean and cared for.
The staff was also very friendly and accommodating, especially the gentleman working overnight whose name started with an F(Fabio, I believe). He was extremely helpful and made the stay feel welcoming.
The main downside for me was the Wi-Fi. I was not able to connect properly because the network did not seem to allow VPN use, which was an issue since I work remotely and do not use unsecured networks without a VPN. That was the main reason I did not extend my stay longer.
The beds were also a little firmer than I personally prefer, but otherwise, the hotel was great. I would recommend it, especially for the location, cleanliness, staff, and views. The water pressure in the shower was unbeatable, too! Very luxurious.

Hôtel très bien situé sur Copacabana. Personnel très agréable surtout à la réception qui nous ont aidé pour un objet oublié dans un Uber, pour leurs conseils resto, visites et leurs sourires au quotidien.
La chambre était très bien, nous avons été surclassé avec une terrasse assez grande.
Le rooftop et sa piscine sont top, même si nous n’avons pu en profiter beaucoup à cause du temps.
Petit déjeuner correct et avec du choix, et une vue magnifique sur la plage.
Large choix de Restaurants, laverie, location de vélo à proximité.
Le personnel du petit déjeuner pas souriant et pas très accueillant, ce qui détonnait avec le reste du personnel.
The location is great. The breakfast is rather small but good options. The room was comfy.
We found it shocking that we spent 5 nights there, in not a cheap room, and that we had to pay the 4 coffee capsules that we consumed in the coffee machine of the room. These capsules in any other hotel are courtesy. Cheap move!
Location right on Copacabana and on the second row of the beach. Very spacious and comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast

We stayed here just for one night but it was really enjoyable. The hotel is a great condition and rooms are comfortable and spacious. It is on the second row from the beach and in a better area of Copacabana. The breakfast buffet was very nice. There is also a small pool and bar area on the roof with a nice view over the beach. I would recommend staying here if in Copacabana.
Wij hebben hier een heerlijk verblijf gehad. De locatie is goed en het personeel is zeer vriendelijk (met name Victor). De kamer was schoon en luxe. Persoonlijk vinden wij Ipanema een leukere wijk maar Copacabana heeft ook veel te bieden. Het ontbijtbuffet was goed en veel. We zouden hier zeker terugkomen!
